There’s strong emphasis on the star sign Sagittarius throughout December. Mars remains here until January 24, 2022.
This sector of your horoscope rules your friends and group activities and this is a good time of year to be more social, even if that means online. You are one of the air signs and people and connections are important to you.
Solar Eclipse
Also, there’s a New Moon Solar Eclipse in Sagittarius on the 4th. This is part of an eclipse cycle that began in June 2020 and completes this month on the Full Moon in Gemini on the 19th.
Eclipses often coincide with the unexpected and they tend to bring what’s hidden to light. They’re neither good nor bad but they do shift the dynamic and change things around. This set of eclipses is linked to social events, groups and your place within society. Also, where you seek pleasure.
You could leave a group on or around the Solar Eclipse on the 4th or be caught up in a dramatic situation regarding a friend. Yet, the New Moon eclipse could be great for new opportunities coming your way. Notice who turns up in your life on or around the eclipse. This could be the start of a great new friendship. Or, the beginning of a new passion that’s linked to your role within society and the collective.
Aquarius Time
This could turn out to be an important month for you because big planet Jupiter completes its journey through your star sign Aquarius this month.
As it does so, Jupiter connects with Mercury and the Sun in Sagittarius on the 11th & 20th. These combinations feel lucky, whether you meet the right person or find yourself in the right place at the right time. They’re also great dates for celebration.
Jupiter in Aquarius also encounters Mars in Scorpio and your career sector on the 8th. Mars is powerful at the peak of your horoscope until the 13th. This could give you added drive and determination to act fast and get things moving.
Also, your co-rulers, Saturn & Uranus, clash for the final time this year on the 24th. This ‘battle’ pits the old (Saturn) against the new (Uranus), the conventional (Saturn) against the unconventional (Uranus).
You may find yourself literally caught up in the middle of protests or be pulled between different rules & laws, alternative viewpoints.
This feels as if it’s about your role within society, deciding what you believe and where your principles lie. Freedom is likely to be a key issue, especially when it’s limited or restricted.
You could feel out of sorts within yourself as you try to come to terms with differing wants and needs.
Time Spent Alone
People are important in your life this month but so too is spending time on your own. Notice how you are with your own company and look more deeply within yourself.
This is because of the shift of the personal planets through Capricorn and the most hidden sector of your horoscope. Mercury’s here from the 13th and is joined by the Sun on the 21st. You may want to use your time more productively, read books, start a journal or learn more about the workings of your mind.
Capricorn is the communication sign, both the spoken and written word and this turns your attention inwards. The focus is on your inner life, including secret plans or personal issues. The conversations you have with yourself may be the most revealing and meaningful.
The other planet in Capricorn is Venus the planet of relating. On the 19th, Venus turns retrograde and switches direction alongside Pluto, the planet linked to psychoanalysis and personal transformation. These two planets meet on the 11th & 25th. This combination is intense, even obsessive and not necessarily easy.
If you’re not comfortable with time alone, start to look at why. This could be a month of serious soul-searching. For some of you, this may be your cue to seek insight, either by talking to a counsellor or a healer. Look after yourself and nurture the connection between your body, mind and soul.
Venus retrograde is a time to be reflective and contemplative about love. You may be apart from someone close or experience silence from a loved one. Try and use this phase to take a step back and learn to love yourself while Venus remains on go slow until January 29, 2022.
Jupiter Enters Pisces
Finally, big planet Jupiter leaves your star sign Aquarius on the 29th. Jupiter is the planet of luck and opportunity, also the planet of freedom. At its best, Jupiter is a breath of fresh air and you sometimes feel more able to chase after your dreams.
Jupiter’s move into Pisces on the 29th indicates a turning point, an opportunity to reorient your compass moving forward. You may have to slow down your personal plans for a while. Or, perhaps life steps in bringing with it extra responsibility.
Pisces represents money in your horoscope, your personal finances, assets and possessions and what you value highly in life. Jupiter will remain here until May 10, 2022 and has already been in this sector of your horoscope form May 13 to June 28, 2021.
Over the course of the next four months, there may be an opportunity to boost your finances and lead a wealthier or more abundant lifestyle. You might start a new money-making venture or sell a property or invest in a new project. You may receive a legacy, gift or bonus or find that things turn in your favour with regard to a financial or legal issue.
One way or another, this indicates that it could be a good time to take a risk financially and expand your earnings. Admittedly, you often need money to make money but consider what this means for you.
