Virgo Horoscope March 2025
Pisces Season
As you move into March, your ruling planet Mercury is in your opposite star sign Pisces until the 3rd. The Sun remains in Pisces until the 20th and Mercury will return to Pisces at the end of the month.
Pisces is a romantic star sign which rules your one-to-one relationships, both personal and professional. Sometimes, when you have key planets in this sector of your horoscope, you have to let other people come first. Other people’s influence on your life is strong and you may not be in a position to call the shots when it comes to love or partnership.
Neptune is in Pisces and active on the 2nd, 19th, 27th & 30th. This is when the planet of romance could sweep you off your feet. You may want to lose yourself in love or find a connection to spirit or life that takes you beyond the everyday.
Yet, Neptune has a flip side which is confusion and unreality. Sometimes, it’s hard to be clear what’s truth and what’s fantasy when Neptune’s in play. You’re easily seduced and swayed by others, so bear this in mind throughout March.
There may be a sense of letting go or allowing things to develop organically. Certainly, it’s a month when you’re wise to feel your way forward.
People matter, however, especially as action planet Mars is moving forward in Cancer and your friendship and group sector. Turn to your friends for emotional support and reconnect with those friends who are as close as family. Lean on your friends if you start to feel the pull of a love affair or liaison that you know isn’t good for you.
Relationships are under the gaze of the Lunar Eclipse in your star sign Virgo on the 14th. This is when a relationship is under the cosmic spotlight. Or perhaps, it’s about your identity and how others see you. Things could turn dramatic during the eclipse and you may get a sense that your personal life is on the verge of major change.
Eclipses often have a theme of endings and beginnings, so pay close attention to what happens on or around the eclipse date. This may feel like a full-on month because there’s a lot of lively activity taking place. Emotions are likely to be strong throughout March and into April.
Venus Retrograde
Money is another key area as the planets are emphasising the star sign Aries and your joint finance sector. Your ruling planet Mercury moves into Aries on the 3rd and the Sun enters Aries on the 20th, the day of the Equinox.
On a practical level, Aries rules joint finances and shared resources in your horoscope, so it’s worth turning your attention towards money matters. When it comes to money, contracts and financial negotiations, Mercury in Aries is fast, direct and to the point. Crack on with any financial issues which require your attention in the first two weeks of the month.
Yet, there are other influences taking place. On the 2nd, the planet which rules love and money Venus turns retrograde in Aries and will remain on go slow for the next six weeks. This might indicate a turn-around in fortune. Or perhaps, you have a goal to turn your financial situation around.
Certainly, it’s an important period to reassess and review your finances and, in particular, the ties and contracts you share with other people. Aries not only rules money in your horoscope, it’s about your emotional connections, your desires as well as your fears.
Traditionally, Venus retrograde is not a good time to make a major investment or spend a lot of money. Instead, you’re advised to wait and see what happens over the next month and a half. If you’re involved in any kind of major financial deal, you might be wise to wait until mid-April before making a big decision. This is when further progress can be made.
Mercury Retrograde
Plus, there’s another important planet turning retrograde, your ruler Mercury. Mercury switches direction at the exact same point in the zodiac as Venus. This takes place on the 15th, the day after the Lunar Eclipse.
If a partnership comes to an end during the eclipse, this will no doubt impact you financially. Yet, even if there’s no major ending, it’s still an ideal time to review your budget and reconsider your values. At the very least, work out what’s going out and what’s coming into your bank account.
This is likely to be a significant time for money matters, whether you’re saving money, paying off a debt or doing your research and getting ready to sign an important financial transaction. Planets in Aries represent your joint ventures and business partnerships.
When Mercury’s on go slow, this can coincide with delays or having to play a waiting game. It doesn’t mean nothing will happen and, in fact, the last few days of March could prove significant.
Solar Eclipse
The major event at the end of the month is the Solar Eclipse in Aries on the 29th. A Solar Eclipse is a turbo-powered New Moon, a symbol of new beginnings. However, this is the last eclipse in the Aries/Libra eclipse cycle which began in April 2023. Therefore, this could coincide with the end of a financial chapter in your life.
Perhaps someone close steps in to help you out or you take on a helping role financially. Certainly, there’s a lot changing as the month comes to a close. This is because both Venus and Mercury return to Pisces and your relationship sector on the 27th & 30th. At the same time, on the 30th, Neptune leaves Pisces and moves into Aries.
The theme is endings and beginnings, alpha and omega. It’s a shifting scenario and there may be more than one person involved. What you’re about to embark on could change your financial future. Therefore, take your time and use your Virgo common sense to sift through the details and sort the truth from the lies. You’re wise to delay any major financial decision until mid-April.
