Leo Season – Solar Eclipse
As August begins, Leo is the star sign of the moment, the sign before yours. The Sun is in Leo until the 23rd and talk planet Mercury is here from the 9th to the 25th. Plus, big planet Jupiter has taken up residence in Leo where it will remain until the middle of next year.

Virgo Season – Lunar Eclipse
Most importantly, it’s the start of your birthday month on the 23rd when the Sun moves into your star sign Virgo . Plus, your ruler Mercury joins the Sun in Virgo on the 25th, a cosmic reminder to put yourself first.
A special day this month is likely to be the 27th when there’s a magical cazimi conjunction between the Sun and Mercury in your star sign. This can be a symbol of insight and personal understanding so trust your intuition.
Traditionally, the Sun/Mercury cazimi conjunction is a positive date for meetings, interviews and heart-to-hearts. However, this time around, it falls the day before a powerful Lunar Eclipse in Pisces on the 28th. This eclipse is part of the Virgo/Pisces eclipse cycle which began in September 2024 and completes in February 2027.
