Update: June 12th 2014. Rafael Nadal did indeed win the French Open 2014 making him the first man to win a major title 9 times and his tennis was awesome. Novak Djokovic was unlucky and I suspect on the day of the final this showed astrologically with Mercury turning retrograde on his career planet Mars.

Update: Sunday 26th January 2014. I was feeling slightly disheartened as my pick for the tournament, Novak Djokovic, was knocked out by Stanislas Wawrinka in the quarter finals.
