Pisces Season
There’s a romantic feel to the month of March thanks to the emphasis on the star sign Pisces. Talk planet Mercury is here as the month begins and the Sun is in your fellow water sign of Pisces until the 20th. Pisces rules love affairs and when Neptune teams up with the inner planets on the 2nd, 19th, 27th & 30th, there’s a romantic dreamy vibe flowing freely.
However, you can’t rule out that this is a month when you’re questioning love rather than losing yourself in love. At least, both are possible when Neptune’s around. And, there are other factors which suggest that March is a positive month to go with the flow rather than seek clarity.
In addition, Pisces rules children, creativity and entertainment in your horoscope. In other words, it represents the fun side of life so notice who or what you’re drawn towards. Neptune is the planet of dreams and imagination and great for artistic activities or seeking inspiration. This is an ideal time to trust your intuition, listen to your heart and go where life takes you.
The big event during Pisces season is the Lunar Eclipse on the 14th which cuts across the Virgo/Pisces axis of the zodiac. A Full Moon represents celebration and the desire to let your hair down and have some fun. Get together with your best friends or hang out with your kids. In some shape or form, mark the occasion. This Lunar Eclipse could coincide with a social event or big occasion.
Yet, eclipses have a theme of endings and beginnings and bringing what’s hidden to light. Therefore, any big party or get-together could lead to drama too. Or perhaps, there’s an ongoing issue with a child or lover. This may be linked to what was happening in September 2024.
Venus Retrograde
During an eclipse, you can’t help but ask ‘who or what is being eclipsed’. And there’s another factor in play which suggests that someone could go quiet on you or take a step back. This is because, on the 2nd, your partner planet Venus turns retrograde and will remain on go slow for the next six weeks.
This might mean that you and your other half have different agendas, especially when it comes to work or health. This is because Venus switches direction in Aries and your work and health sector.
Or someone who’s previously been on your side or promised a great deal either regarding your work or health, disappears or goes quiet on you. When Venus switches direction, sometimes you have to take a step back.
If one relationship, either personal or professional, isn’t working out, don’t push it for now. Give yourself and the other person time to reassess and review the situation.
That’s not to say there won’t be moments when you can’t unite or come together. And, if this is about a love relationship for you, other factors indicate that you might have a lot to think about and talk about in the weeks ahead.
Mercury Retrograde
Work and health are where the action’s at throughout March. On the 3rd, communication planet Mercury enters Aries and your work and health sector and the Sun’s move into Aries on the 20th, the day of the Equinox, highlights this same sector of your horoscope.
This is good news for teamwork, getting on the right side of your colleagues or the enjoyment of being alongside other people in a chosen goal. Share ideas, brainstorm and don’t go it alone. This will benefit you not only when it comes to your work and routine, also regarding your lifestyle and health. It’s here where collaborative ventures can pay off.
However, the day after the Lunar Eclipse, communication planet Mercury turns retrograde in Aries on the 15th. This means that some of your plans may have to go on hold. Mercury retrograde slows things down. It’s a time to review and reflect on your situation rather than charge ahead.
Mercury remains on go slow until April 7th, so take your time and don’t rush into a new job, project or fitness campaign. Or at least, see this as the experimental stage. At the same time, be patient if things aren’t going the way you’d planned. This is a halt in proceedings, not the end of the story.
Plus, with both Venus and Mercury in retreat through the same sector of your horoscope, this may indicate that you’re working on something in secret or behind the scenes with a fellow colleague or a team of people.
While Mercury is retrograde, you’re wise to slow things down, especially if you’re busy. It may seem like reverse psychology but it works. Prioritise your well-being.
Solar Eclipse Aries
Aries is under the cosmic spotlight at the end of the month. This is where the Solar Eclipse falls on the 29th, a symbol of a new beginning. This could act as a trigger to start something completely new. A diet, a ritual, a volunteering role. It might be a time when you say yes to a path which benefits your mind, body or soul.
Plus, the following day, the 30th, Neptune makes its epic move into Aries and leaves the last sign of the zodiac Pisces. Neptune’s romantic and dreamy and often favours a creative or spiritual path. You might be embarking on a new health journey over the next few years. Or perhaps, you want to shift the direction of your work to help others and play your part in a united world.
At the end of March, on the 27th & 30th, Venus and Mercury both move back into Pisces. This is gorgeous for wishing on a star, dreaming and allowing yourself to be immersed in fantasy or a world of wonder. Engage deeply with inspiration, ideas and activities which feed your soul.
In fact, this is imperative as everyday life won’t always cut it this month. You need something to sustain you on a deeper level, an activity, dream or personal quest which allows your spirit to soar. This fits your ruling planet Mars’ journey through water sign Cancer and your travel and beliefs sector. You want something more to life and may be actively seeking a deeper meaning or purpose.
March isn’t all about escaping from everyday routine though. In fact, it’s important that you balance both aspects of life, the everyday with the fantasy world. Or you find a way to combine the two.
