Plus, there’s a lovely Venus/Neptune conjunction on the 2nd and Neptune is your co-ruler, now in Aries. You might receive something special or want to treat yourself and the ones you love. Then, lucky Jupiter, your traditional ruling planet, teams up with talk planet Mercury in Aries on the 5th. This may coincide with divine intervention, good news or a solution to a financial or property issue. There is one other important planet moving into Aries, the planet of authority and responsibility Saturn. Saturn enters Aries on the 25th where it remains until September. Then, Saturn will be back in Aries in February 2026 where it takes up residence.
Saturn can act as a reality check, a reminder to get serious about money matters. Therefore, it’s time to decide what you’re ready to commit to and where you’re ready to move on. These are Saturn’s themes, planning financial long-term goals, also blocking any drains on your money.
Values and self-worth are under the cosmic spotlight too. Ideally, it’s a time to ensure you value yourself highly so you’re paid what you deserve. At the same time, shift your financial attitude to become more of a saver than a spender.
Work & Health
There’s another strong influence taking place this month in the star sign Leo. Action planet Mars is here throughout May, in the sector of your horoscope which rules your work and health. You may find you have more energy with Mars in Leo. You might go back to the gym or make health and well-being top priority.
Alternatively, you may be overly busy and active, which could feel overwhelming at times. Fire sign energy is strong and powerful and it’s important to learn to rest and balance busyness with quiet. Life close to home is under the cosmic spotlight for most of this month, highlighting communication and community. This is because the Sun is in earth sign Taurus until the 20th. And, talk planet Mercury is here from the 10th to the 26th.
Taurus rules your siblings and neighbours, your neighbourhood and local surroundings. As it’s your communication sector, you may find there’s lots to talk about.
You could make an effort to find out more about the people in your life, people you see on a daily basis. Taurus’ nature is kind and nurturing. By creating close connections with others, you not only help them but it can benefit your own life too. Reach out to other people.
As this is your communication sector, consider what this means for you and how or why you may want to speak up or say more. You may choose to help others, either personally or professionally, and it’s an ideal time to find your voice.
Online communications are well-starred too and this is because of the role of Uranus in Taurus, the planet of change. Uranus rules all things new and modern and is linked to technology.
Uranus is active this month on the 17th & 24th when it aligns with the Sun and Mercury in Taurus. These are dates when you may leap into action and things happen fast.
Sometimes, however, Uranus can lead you down an unexpected path or take you on a diversion. Give yourself time to be flexible and space to change your mind.
The Full Moon dominates mid-month on the 12th and lights up the Taurus/Scorpio axis of the zodiac. This is an ideal time to broaden your horizons, expand your learning, think and research. Gemini Season
It may feel as if the planets are pulling you back towards the past later this month. This is because of the line-up of planets in Gemini and your home and family sector. The Sun is here from the 20th and talk planet Mercury joins the Sun in Gemini on the 26th.
Plus, your ruling planet Jupiter is completing its journey through Gemini over the next few weeks.
You could be exploring your family tree or be catching up with family or loved ones you haven’t seen for a while. Alternatively, you could be busy or social at home with lots of comings and goings. Gemini is the star sign of communication and a social influence.

The New Moon falls in Gemini on the 27th, an ideal date to start a home or family-related project. A New Moon is a symbol of new beginnings so reach out, heal a rift and start over. Take the initiative on this New Moon and set your intentions around home and family affairs.
This forward-moving vibe continues to the end of the month as there’s a magical Sun/Mercury cazimi conjunction in Gemini on the 30th. This is an ideal date to reach out, speak up and ask for what you want or need.
Pluto Retrograde
When power planet Pluto turns retrograde in Aquarius on the 4th, this turns your gaze inwards. This is a reflective placing for the planet of self-transformation. You might recognise that outer changes in your life start with deep inner change. Perhaps, you’re on a powerful path of self-discovery while Pluto’s in retreat until mid-October.
However, you’re wise to be vigilant that you don’t fall into negative thinking or allow the weight of the world to bring you down. As a Sun Pisces, you’re sensitive and empathic so put firm boundaries in place to protect yourself, especially if you’re working with other people in your role as healer or transformer.
