Pisces Season
The Sun is in Pisces, the sign at the peak of your horoscope, up until March 20th. Pisces rules your career and vocation, your future and where you’re heading in life.
In addition, action planet Mars is moving forward in Cancer and your personal money sector. This is where you’re wise to channel your energy and focus on your future security. You might be involved in a property deal or be helping someone financially, perhaps a family member.
Also this month, there’s a Lunar Eclipse in Virgo on the 14th cutting across the foundations of your horoscope. You may feel pulled in different directions. Or perhaps, you’re finding it a challenge to juggle home and work and you feel unsure about your next steps.
If you’re not happy with where you live or your career path, life could intervene. The Virgo/Pisces eclipse cycle is shaping the foundations of your life over the next couple of years. Events now may be linked to what was happening in September 2024.
This month, nothing feels certain. There may be a sense of letting something go, knowing where your limitations lie or recognising where you’ve reached an impasse. This might relate directly to your career or a position of leadership.
You may feel disillusioned with where you’re at, whether this is due to someone you work with, your boss, for example, or the fact that you’re ready to move on. Things may have changed over the last couple of years and it’s time to look closely at what works and what doesn’t work.
The key dates are the 2nd, 19th, 27th & 30th when Neptune in Pisces connects with the personal planets. Listen to your feelings and trust your intuition. Pisces is a water sign, linked to the non-verbal realm so this isn’t about doing what you think is right but what you feel is right. If in doubt, stop and wait and lean into not knowing.
Alternatively, this could be a month when you feel inspired and you’re ready to pursue your dream vocation. You might have a big purpose or mission, something you really want to do or achieve. Once you tap into the boundless qualities of Neptune and seek inspiration, magic happens. This may be especially true if you work in an artistic or creative field or you have a compassionate and caring vocation.
Venus Retrograde
The other area dominant in March is your friendship and group sector. This is because there’s a lot of planetary activity taking place in the star sign Aries and it’s not a time to go it alone.
In fact, you may gain a huge amount of excitement or adrenalin rush from the people you hang out with. Hone in on the friends and group activities which fill you with passion and awaken your inspiration.
That’s not to say you’ll get on with everyone and it’s important to choose your friends carefully. There are a couple of reasons for this. Firstly, the planet of relating Venus turns retrograde in Aries on the 2nd and will remain on go slow until April 13th.
This would be a tricky time to mix friendship and love. Or perhaps, issues arise around friendship. If you don’t see eye-to-eye with someone this month, it may take a while for things to settle.
You too could be up to your tricks and wondering how you can benefit from a friend or group in your life. When Venus is retrograde, there’s a secretive theme and it often indicates that something hidden is taking place. Be careful what you get involved in and notice your own motivations.
Mercury Retrograde
Your ruling planet Mercury is mirroring Venus throughout March and April. On the 3rd, Mercury moves into Aries and your friendship and group sector. This puts the emphasis on teamwork, collaborative ventures and group connections.
Together you’re stronger is Mercury in Aries’ motto. Coming together with other people in the name of a good cause or simply to have fun and hang out may bring a welcome dimension to your life.
However, Mercury joins Venus in a retrograde phase on the 15th. It’s a double whammy of retrogrades in your friends and group sector which could potentially bring drama and misunderstandings. It’s a complex mix of planetary energies.
This might be when you take a step back from a friendship or group activity. Or perhaps, you’re on a waiting list to join an exclusive club. Know that timing is the key to collaborative ventures and group connections. Some friendships may go quiet while Mercury’s on go slow. Or perhaps, you’re the one who wants to back off a little.
When your ruling planet Mercury’s retrograde, you’re wise to pull back and quieten things down rather than go hell for leather. You may need more time to yourself once Mercury’s on go slow. Or at least, create some space in your life to think about your next steps. Transport and technology issues often crop up when the trickster Mercury is in evidence.
Solar Eclipse
The end of the month brings more intrigue your way. This is because there’s a Solar Eclipse in Aries on the 29th, a symbol of new beginnings. However, this is the last eclipse in the Aries/Libra eclipse cycle which began in April 2023.
Therefore, something in your life may be coming to an end and you’re on a journey of healing, releasing or letting go. This may be linked to Neptune’s epic move into Aries on the 30th. This could coincide with meeting a teacher or spiritual guru.
Or perhaps, you’re keen to learn about a new religion or philosophy. If you join a group towards the end of March, double check it’s not a cult as Neptune can be a deceitful influence.
Also, Venus and Mercury move back into Pisces at the end of the month, Venus on the 27th and Mercury on the 30th. Venus loves to be in Pisces, a symbol of unconditional love. Yet, your ruling planet Mercury isn’t as strong in Pisces.
This is because there are too many options or possibilities and it’s hard to know which way to turn. The key with Mercury in Pisces is to trust in life and go with the flow. Rather than trying to work everything out in your head, listen to your heart and what your intuition tells you.
There may be times this month when you feel lost or uncertain. If this is true for you, lean into the questioning and the not knowing. New information or hidden factors could come to light mid-April.
