Solar Eclipse
These areas of your life – relationships/self identity – are also under the cosmic spotlight because of the eclipses. The Gemini/Sagittarius eclipse cycle kicked in during June 2020 and completes this month, December 2021.
There’s a New Moon Solar Eclipse in Sagittarius on December 4th and two weeks later the Full Moon in your star sign Gemini completes this eclipse cycle.
Eclipses are often dramatic as they tend to coincide with change. It’s hard to stay stuck in your comfort zone when you have eclipse energy propelling you forwards. That’s not to say that eclipses are easy but they are a time when you can turn your life around.
For some of you, this eclipse cycle will propel you into the limelight. Or, this may be a time when you’re re-evaluating what you want and whether you’re happy being single. You may be more aware of the impact that you have on others.
Yet, it’s not only about you and your intentions. The decisions that other people make impact on what happens in your life too. If you’re in a long-term relationship or married, events this month could determine the future direction of your relationship.
Eclipses can prove exciting and bring new people into your life, literally overnight. Notice who comes into your life on or around the turbo-powered Solar Eclipse on the 4th. New love could be on the agenda for you over the festive season.
Events on or around the 11th or 20th could be sensational when Mercury & the Sun in Sagittarius align with Jupiter your partner planet in Aquarius and your travel sector. Someone’s presence in your life could make a huge difference. It may be romantic. Or, perhaps it’s your teacher, your coach or your guide who brings about a personal transformation.
Money Talks
Another subject to focus on this month is money which may be an issue, whether you’re in or out of a relationship. The spotlight’s on joint finances, whether this is money you share with a partner or money that’s invested or owed to you.
This is because the planet of relating Venus is in Capricorn and your joint finance sector throughout December. Your planet Mercury is here from the 13th and the Sun enters Capricorn on the 21st.
You’re being urged to deal with money matters and communication is the way forward. Don’t hide letters from your bank or avoid a finance-related issue. Talk to other people and aim to seek solutions to any problems.
Venus Retrograde
However, it is important to pay attention to what happens mid-month as the planet of relating Venus turns retrograde in Capricorn on the 19th. When Venus is on go slow, this can coincide with a delay around money, whether you’re waiting for a payment or earnings are slow.
Venus remains on go slow until January 29, 2022. As she changes direction, she does so conjunct Pluto. There are two major Venus-Pluto conjunctions on the 11th & 25th. Pluto’s God of the Underworld and often brings what’s hidden to light. This could coincide with an inheritance or gift.
Yet, it may also go the other way and coincide with a financial loss. If you do experience a disappointment regarding money, slow things down rather than over-reacting. Emotions could be intense, especially if someone close lets you down. Notice where you’re hanging on tight and where you’re not ready to let go.
Often when Venus is retrograde, it’s a good time to take a step back and revise or rework your plans. Use this Venus retrograde phase to reorient your compass towards 2022.
Look at what’s working out for you financially and where you may need to make some tough decisions. Events on or around the 29th& 30th could be pivotal in pointing you in a new direction. Ideally, wait until Venus is back up to speed late January 2022, before you cut ties or move on financially.
Jupiter enters Pisces
The other big news this month involves the planet Jupiter. On the 29th, Jupiter, the planet of luck and opportunity, returns to Pisces and your career and vocation sector where it remains until May 10, 2022. Jupiter’s already been in Pisces from May 13 to July 28, 2021. Look back to this period in your life to see what occurred then.
Jupiter’s move into Pisces could boost your ambitions and bring a chance to play big, fly high or expand your horizons. Jupiter’s the biggest planet and represents the free spirit, the entrepreneur.
Jupiter connects you with the world too, as it’s the global planet. Reach out to your foreign connections and expand your career or purpose. Plan work abroad if you’re able to or take a sabbatical to study something you’ve always dreamed about.
Use the timing of Jupiter’s move through Pisces to plan what next. Things may peak in the first four months of 2022. Look out for a new opportunity that appears which could grow and flourish.
