Shift Your Mindset
Up until the 19th, the Sun is in fire sign Aries and one of the trickier sectors of your horoscope. On the one hand, this is about financial transactions and shared resources. On the other hand, it represents all that’s hidden, including fear and taboo subjects.
As a star sign Virgo, you’re ruled by Mercury, the planet of the mind, so take care that you don’t allow your mind to get out of control. If you’re going through a challenging time, take charge as best you can and do what you can to restore order. Write things down as journalling could be helpful. Stay focused and deal with one thing at a time.
Money fears are never easy but do whatever’s necessary to move away from an attitude of scarcity towards hope, faith and belief that things will turn out well. It might help to be diligent about taking on healthy practices or rituals, including prayer, gratitude or exercises which can shift your mindset.
As long as you do the numbers and deal with the facts, there’s no harm in increasing your levels of self-belief in whichever way you know best. Be open to luck and attracting abundance into your life, especially on or around the 6th.
The focus on the star sign Aries this month could coincide with good money moves. Certainly, it’s a good time to be resourceful and look at what you can create or make that benefits you or that you can sell on. This is especially true once your ruler Mercury moves back to Aries on the 16th.
Mercury Turns Direct
The biggest news this month is the fact that there are two significant turning points and the first is most important for you.
This is because your ruling planet Mercury, the planet of communication, turns direct on the 7th. This spells good news as it’s been an unusually chaotic Mercury retrograde phase over the last three weeks. The planet of communication switched direction into reverse mode on March 15th.
Hopefully, news or information may come to light once Mercury is back up to speed. Mercury turns direct in Pisces and your relationship sector. Therefore, it’s a good time to reach out to other people and reopen the lines of communication.
Venus Turns Direct/Full Moon
There’s another significant turning point which is linked to Mercury’s switch in direction. This is the planet of love and relating Venus turning direct in Pisces on the 13th. And, Venus has been retrograde for twice as long as Mercury, since March 2nd
If love has been quiet or you’ve been unsure about what you want when it comes to love and relationships, you may start to see the way ahead more clearly from mid-month onwards. Perhaps, someone close gets back in touch with you. The 13th would be a positive date to reach out, whether you want to heal a rift or try again in a romantic context.
You’re not completely out of the woods, however, and issues around commitment could rear their head on or around the 25th. Love gets a green light when Venus is back to direct motion but you’re wise to keep things steady rather than rushing ahead.
On the same day that Venus turns direct, the 13th, there’s a powerful Full Moon cutting across the Aries/Libra axis of the zodiac. This is the financial axis of your horoscope and Full Moons often bring clarity. This is when the light of the Moon is at its brightest and an ideal time to trust your intuition regarding money and investments.
Aries rules all forms of joint finances in your horoscope, e.g. mortgages, taxes, inheritance, alimonies, savings and debt. Whereas Libra rules your personal money, your assets and possessions, your values and self-worth.
The Full Moon could flag up a discrepancy around money or a disagreement. You might have one idea, whereas your partner, personal or professional, has a different idea. Notice where you’re being overly generous and whether this is doing you any favours. It’s not a time to act based entirely on your emotions. Make your decisions based on your head as well as your heart.
This could be a time when you’re considering what next in your life and you might be ready to let go of a relationship or an attachment which is proving costly. Or perhaps, you’re thinking about your future and your financial security.
Travel Plans/New Moon
As the month progresses, you may sense a pull towards seeing the world or saving the world. This is because of the emphasis on the star sign Taurus once the Sun moves here on the 19th. Taurus is a fellow earth sign and rules travel and study in your horoscope, the bigger picture.
You might be keen to volunteer abroad. Or perhaps, you’re travelling with your current job. Foreign connections are a key theme when the Sun’s in Taurus, whether you immerse yourself in a new culture or you’re working alongside people from different backgrounds and countries.
Notice if any new invitations come your way on or around the New Moon in Taurus on the 27th and step out of your comfort zone. It’s an ideal time to expand your horizons.
Mars’ Clash
There is a proviso, however, because of what’s happening with action planet Mars. On the 18th, Mars enters Leo and the most hidden sector of your horoscope. This can be a time when you’re hard on yourself so be wary of turning any anger or frustration inward.
Plus, on the 27th, the same day as the New Moon, Mars runs into Pluto. This is an old conflict, perhaps linked to events which began in November 2024 or even further back, early 2023.
Pluto’s opposition to Mars could slow you down or stop you in your tracks. You might have work commitments that trap you. Or perhaps, you’re unable to get the time off work for a holiday.
Consider your stress levels and don’t take on anything that pushes you beyond your comfort zone. If you’re a typical Sun Virgo, you have a lively mind and you can worry overly when things don’t work out. Take a step back from a conflict situation and don’t get involved if things could turn volatile.
