Mars’ Power
Your ruling planet Mars is strong in Capricorn and your communication sector up until the 23rd. This is a strategic, calculated Mars that has conviction and can speak with authority. Capricorn rules your local community, so it’s an excellent time to find your place or your voice within your local neighbourhood.
Capricorn is linked to schools and study in your horoscope, also siblings and relatives. Mars isn’t the only planet in Capricorn as talk planet Mercury’s here from the 1st to the 20th, alongside the Sun until the same date. Plus, the planet of relating and your partner planet Venus is in Capricorn until the 17th.
This suggests there’s help on hand and it’s not a time to go it alone. In fact, the lovers of the heavens, Venus and Mars, are side-by-side and in a triple conjunction with the Sun from the 6th to the 9th.
This would be a lovely time for a proposal or speaking words of love. In addition, look out for the person who can help or support you and find the right partner, adviser or associate.
Plus, both the Full Moon and the New Moon highlight this same sector of your horoscope. The Full Moon in Cancer on the 3rd lights up your travel and transport, education and study sectors. Perhaps, you’re on holiday as the year begins or you’re planning a big trip. Expansive Jupiter remains in Cancer for the first half of 2026 encouraging you to spread your wings and see more of the world.
The New Moon on the 18th feels dynamic as it pulls in your ruler Mars and talk planet Mercury. Therefore, this is an ideal New Moon to walk your talk or do what you say. Be the voice of authority, start a debate and speak up for other people if necessary.
Aquarius Themes
As the inner planets are close together this month, it means they all move into Aquarius, the star sign linked to your home and family, your past and where you come from, around the same time. The planet of relating Venus is first on the 17th, followed by talk planet Mercury and the Sun on the 20th. Your ruler Mars joins the Aquarius gang on the 23rd.
Perhaps, you’ve got guests staying or you’re opening your doors to other people. This could signify a big family get-together or talking about community living. One way or another, there seem to be a few people involved.
The other planet in Aquarius is Pluto, your co-ruler, the planet of loss and transformation. And, as the inner planets move into Aquarius, they all connect with Pluto on the following dates: 20th – Venus, 22nd – Mercury, 23rd – the Sun, 27th – Mars.
This could mean that you’re gathering at a funeral or remembering someone from your past. This is because Pluto is God of the underworld and a planet that’s linked to loss and endings. Or you’re leaving the family home and taking one last trip to say goodbye.
However, planetary conjunctions involving Pluto can work in one of two ways. Sometimes, there’s an ending. Or you have to step up your game and be powerful. Consider what Pluto’s urging you to do, especially when it teams up with your other ruling planet Mars on the 27th. This combination feels tough and definitive.
Saturn-Uranus
There’s another strong planetary influence this month as one of the major planetary aspects of 2025 completes on the 20th. This involves the planet of authority and responsibility Saturn in your fellow water sign Pisces and the planet of change and innovation Uranus in Taurus and your relationship sector.
These two planets came together last year on April 4 & August 12, 2025. Therefore, events back then may be coming to completion or resolution now.
As Pisces is your romance sector, this could be a definitive time for love. Perhaps, a relationship is coming to an amicable end. Alternatively, you’re entering into a new and different relationships. Uranus is the planet linked to twists and turns so you might choose an unconventional or younger partner or be ready to experiment with your love life.
This may be about your role as a parent too, as Pisces is linked to children in your horoscope. Ideally, aim to work together with a third party to ensure that your children come first.
Neptune Enters Aries
On the 26th, the planet of dreams and the imagination Neptune moves into fire sign Aries where it will remain until 2038/2039. Aries is your work and health sector, linked to your daily routine and lifestyle.
It’s not the first time that Neptune’s been in Aries as it was here last year from March 30 to October 22, 2025. Therefore, events now may be linked to what was happening back then. Consider what seeds were being sown that could take fruit and blossom moving forward.
Neptune is a compassionate influence and wants you to go with the flow. Perhaps, you’re settling into a softer routine or lifestyle with Neptune here. Or you’re choosing to work in a job where you can make a difference or you’re taking on a volunteering role. Aries rules pets and employees as well as your work and health.
