Love & Foreign Connections
There’s strong emphasis on water signs this month, your element. The water signs represent emotions and planets in water signs are empathic, connecting, deep and mysterious. On the 10th, the planet of love and relating Venus moves into your fellow water sign Scorpio where she will remain on and off until the start of next year. This is because Venus will turn retrograde in Scorpio on October 3.
Scorpio is the travel and study section of your horoscope, encouraging you to expand your horizons and live life deeply and fully. You might be exploring your spiritual path, be reading philosophy or be learning about a new religion. Or perhaps, love and foreign connections are linked.
Certainly, loving relationships could be foreground this month for a couple of other reasons. Firstly, passion planet Mars is now in your fellow water sign Cancer and your romance sector where it remains until the end of the month.
This can be a passionate placing for Mars. It’s not only about romance, also your relationship with your children and your delight in a creative or passion project.
Virgo Season – New Moon
Secondly, when the Sun’s in Virgo, partnership is the key theme in your life. This month, the Sun remains in Virgo until the 23rd. On the one hand, this suggests that your success could come via other people or in partnership with other people.
Certainly, you tend not to take the leading role when your opposite star sign Virgo dominates. This could mean that your partner’s life is developing at a fast rate of knots. Or you’re making a romantic move that brings with it more than love and connection. This could be a marriage or business partnership which improves your status and reputation.
Be open to attracting the help, support and success you want and need. And, at the same time, adopt a hard-work ethic and look after your mind, body and soul to support you so you can get things done.
Or hand some jobs over to another person, a Virgo type, someone productive and efficient. Do less of what bores you and more of what fulfils you creatively.
The New Moon on the 11th falls in Virgo, a symbol of new beginnings. This New Moon aligns with passion planet Mars in Cancer and could be a stand-out time for love. Relationships and partnership are well-starred for you for most of September.
Libra Season – Full Moon
The Sun’s move into Libra and your joint finance sector on the 23rd heralds the Equinox. The theme is once again relationships and partnership and the star sign Libra is strong throughout September. This is where you find the planet of love and relating Venus until the 10th and the planet of communication Mercury, from the 10th onwards.
Libra rules joint finances and shared resources in your horoscopes. Therefore, money negotiations may be foreground in your close relationships. Libra is the sign of balance, so ensure you know what’s going out and what’s coming in financially. Reassess your cash transactions to ensure you’re getting the best deals.
Be thorough in your undertakings and prioritise money matters, both personally and professionally. Finding the right expert or adviser could help you make swift progress.
Also this month, there’s a Full Moon cutting across the Aries/Libra axis of the zodiac on the 26th. This is the financial axis of your horoscope and Full Moons often bring clarity. This is when the light of the Moon is at its brightest and an ideal time to trust your intuition regarding money and investments.
Libra rules all forms of joint finances in your horoscope, e.g. mortgages, taxes, inheritance, alimonies, savings & debt. Whereas Aries rules your personal money, your assets and possessions, your values and self-worth.
Use this Full Moon phase to be decisive when it comes to money. Next month, October, there’ll be a double whammy retrograde of two planets linked to money and trading, Venus and Mercury. Therefore, you’re wise to get things sorted financially before September’s out.
It’s not a time to act based entirely on your emotions either. Instead, make your decisions based on your head as well as your heart.
The Big Pattern
Also this month, the Big Pattern is being reactivated which dominated the astrology in July. This includes the three modern planets, Uranus in Gemini, your co-ruler Neptune in Aries and Pluto in Aquarius. The three planets are creating a Minor Grand Trine aspect in the heavens and they’re being reawakened once again this month.
This takes place from September 12-14 when Mercury in Libra activates the three planets and from September 26-28 when the Sun in Libra activates the three planets. These dates fall close to the New Moon on the 11th and the Full Moon on the 26th.
This is exciting astrology and it could mean that things are moving forward and fast. Perhaps, you’re considering what next in your life. You might be ready to let go of an attachment to your past. Or you’re making moves that benefit your home and family and your financial security.
