Aquarius Season

You’re moving into a phase which may connect you more with the spiritual world as Aquarius is the star sign of the moment, the star sign before yours. The Sun is here until the 18th and talk planet Mercury is in Aquarius until the 14th.

Aquarius rules the most hidden sector of your horoscope and turns your attention inwards. It can be a time of preparation, when you want to restore your hope and faith. You might be learning to meditate, be on retreat or be listening to your inner voice. 

Aquarius is a social star sign linked to the collective, so this could indicate coming together with other people for a mutual cause. You might be meditating in a group or become involved in spiritual or philosophical teachings. 

Follow wherever your heart leads you. In particular, notice who or what appears in your life on the 3rd when your ruling planet Jupiter teams up with Mercury. 

Jupiter expands what it touches and is the planet of opportunity and growth. This may turn out to be a lucky date, a time when synchronicity or coincidences arise. You may want to invest in an activity that’s deeply meaningful to you. If so, it would be a good time to do so.

Also, the Full Moon takes place on the 12th when the Sun’s in Aquarius and the Moon’s in Leo. This is a powerful time to trust your intuition, listen to your dreams and read the signs of the universe. Don’t let yourself be swayed by other people or what you read or hear. 

However, the planet Uranus challenges the Sun and Moon during the Full Moon phase. Therefore, you may recognise where you’re being diverted away from the truth or pulled away from you want or need.

Your traditional ruling planet is Jupiter, the biggest and best planet. Therefore, when Jupiter turns direct on the 4th, this could prove significant for you. This may be the equivalent of a cosmic green light, a turning point.

Jupiter switches direction in Gemini putting the spotlight on your home and family, your past and roots. When Jupiter’s active in this sector of your horoscope, it’s a classic time to move home or expand where you live. 

With Jupiter’s foreign theme, you may be planning a trip abroad or be meeting family who live in another part of the country. There might be a family celebration. Or you catch up with people from your past and remember your roots and where you come from. 

This could be a time when you expand your family, whether via your children, an adoption, the addition of a step family or community living. And, as Jupiter rules freedom, you can’t rule out someone in your family fleeing the nest.

Pisces Season

It’s not just about hidden or past issues this month as there’s a strong influence on your star sign Pisces. The planet of relating Venus is here until the 4th. Then, talk planet Mercury enters Pisces on the 14th, Valentine’s Day, followed by the Sun’s move into Pisces on the 18th.

This heralds the start of your birthday month, an ideal time to focus on your personal goals and put yourself first. When planets are in your star sign, it’s an excellent time to focus on your image and profile and consider how other people see you and how you come across.

Strong emphasis on your star sign Pisces can help you tap into your creative or spiritual source. You might be having profound thoughts or find that your imagination is unusually fertile. The Sun represents energy and vitality. You often feel a boost of confidence or an energy surge once the Sun is back in your star sign. One of this month’s key themes is about looking after yourself and not giving away too much of your time or energy.

Mars Turns Direct

Another planet turns direct later in the month, action planet Mars. Mars switches direction in your fellow water sign Cancer on the 24th. Cancer rules all the good things in your life, like play, romance, children & pregnancy, entertainment and fun.

Mars started its retrograde phase on December 6, 2024 and moved back into Cancer at the start of the year. Someone may have gone quiet on you during this period. Or perhaps, you’ve been unsure of your feelings towards someone close. It may have been all work and no play in your life. Or perhaps, you’ve grown bored of a hobby or regular social activity.

Either way, once Mars switches direction, you may rediscover your passion and enthusiasm. You might already know what this means for you. Something may be shifting within you, wanting to be heard, calling for your emotional or inner needs to be met. The 24th could be a stand-out date in this respect. Things may start to pick up speed when it comes to romance, children and enjoying yourself.

Venus Aries

The planet of love and relating Venus moves into Aries and your joint finance sector on the 4th. This is an ideal time to focus on money matters and ensure you have the right people and connections boosting your success.

Sometimes, you want to treat yourself and others when Venus is in one of the money sectors of your horoscope. However, there is a note of caution because Venus will turn retrograde here at the beginning of March. This could bring an about-turn to your financial fortunes, so ensure you get everything ship-shape and in order before then.
