Turning Points
Communication planet Mercury is in Leo all month. Up until the 11th, Mercury is retrograde, i.e. in retreat. It’s been quite a chaotic Mercury retrograde phase already, so you may be delighted to get things better organised from mid-month onwards.
Mercury’s turning point is often a cosmic green light when news or information that’s been hidden is revealed. Leo rules your work and health and is about your lifestyle and daily routine.
Therefore, Mercury turning direct may be about a new job or joining a gym or something similar connected to your lifestyle and your health. You could find the right health practitioner or hear back from someone you contacted previously.
Alternatively, it could be a volunteering role, a daily prayer or meditation which is life-changing. Focus on the mind, body, spirit connection.
The following day, the 12th, there’s a glorious Venus-Jupiter conjunction in caring Cancer, an emotional water sign. This is significant for you because Jupiter is your traditional ruling planet and these are the two best planets coming together.
Venus will be in Cancer until the 25th and Jupiter’s here for the next twelve months. When these two planets are side by side this spells good news for romance, a child, a creative project or an entertainment opportunity.
Perhaps, you win a competition to go on a cruise or you meet your dream partner. It really can be special so breathe life and energy into this ‘big love, big money’ combination and embrace life to the full.
Leo Season
During August, the planets are gathering in fire sign Leo. The Sun is here until the 22nd, talk planet Mercury is in Leo throughout the month and the planet of relating Venus enters Leo on the 25th. Therefore, it’s an excellent month to focus on your work and routine, your health and well-being.
You may be enjoying the sunshine or feel positive more than negative. When planets are in Leo, it’s a reminder to appreciate the small things and the everyday flow of life.
A pivotal moment this month is the Full Moon on the 9th which cuts across the Leo/Aquarius axis of the zodiac. Full Moons are a time of illumination when the Moon shines at its brightest. This can bring enlightenment or insight and it’s a positive time to trust your intuition or make a key decision with clarity. Balance your head and heart in doing so.
Certainly, it’s not a time to sit back and do nothing. There’s some lively astrology taking place this month which links the sectors of your horoscope ruling money, your home and family, your work and health. Play your cards right and this could be a prosperous month for you.

Virgo Season
People are important to you as well, which is often the case if you’re a typical Pisces. This month, passion planet Mars is in Virgo and your relationship sector up until the 6th. Mars has been in Virgo since June 17th but has been muted somewhat thanks to the Mercury retrograde phase.
Yet, Virgo season kicks in big time once the Sun enters Virgo on the 22nd. This is followed by a New Moon here on the 23rd, a symbol of new beginnings. Virgo’s one of the earth signs which suggests that the right relationship could help you feel more grounded and supported.
This could be a big month for love with focus on your relationship star sign Virgo and on your romance star sign Cancer. You might be quite happy in the heart of home and family life.
However, there is another factor kicking in which is unpredictable Uranus in Gemini and your home and family sector. This suggests that things are changing here and Uranus is a restless influence. Perhaps, you have to move home or someone you love is leaving home and moving on.

Finally this month, action planet Mars moves into the relationship star sign Libra on the 6th. Mars will remain here until September 22nd leading the way into Libra season. Once again, the theme is relationship and partnership.
Libra rules joint finances and shared resources in your horoscopes. Therefore, money negotiations may be foreground in your close relationships.
