Leo Horoscope February 2025
Aquarius Season
Love is foreground this month as your ruler the Sun is in Aquarius and your relationship sector until the 18th. Plus, talk planet Mercury is here until the 14th. This puts the focus on all forms of partnership in your life.
The 12th could be a stand-out date for you. This is when there’s a Full Moon in your star sign Leo, a powerful time to trust your intuition around your one-to-one’s and ensure your needs are being met.
This is potentially romantic but dramatic too. Full Moons heighten emotions and this Full Moon pulls in erratic Uranus, one of your partner planets. Both the Sun and Moon are square to Uranus during the Full Moon phase.
This may mean that you’re not the one in control. Someone else may have the upper hand and it’s their decisions which mean your life has to change. The current astrology suggests that your love life could be going through a significant period of transformation.
Also, people are going to matter to you more than usual. This is about your intimate one-to-one’s, your business partnerships and joint ventures. In fact, all significant others in your life, e.g. a coach, physical trainer, accountant or adviser.
Look out for people who can help or support you. Be expansive in your dealings with others and think big. Be around people who open up your life in a good way.
If you’re in a relationship or married, it could be events in your partner’s life that are the reason why you may have to reorient your compass regarding your future path.
Jupiter Turns Direct
The biggest and best planet Jupiter turns direct on the 4th. This feels social for you as Jupiter’s in Gemini, the star sign which represents your friends, groups, social concerns and wider network.
This is about finding people of like minds and making sure that your social life is not only fun but supportive as well. Bring new friends into your life by embracing new activities and make an effort to catch up with old friends.
Jupiter’s change of direction in Gemini may be about taking what you do out into the wider world and getting people on board who can help you. This could involve gathering people around you, people who can work alongside you and people who make life not only easier but more enjoyable and fun too.
Gemini is the communication star sign so ensure the lines of communication are wide open. Think global as Jupiter is the foreign planet.
Pisces Season
Your ruler the Sun is on a new journey once it enters emotional, sentimental Pisces on the 18th. You may be dealing with what’s hidden and be focused on your inner self rather than the world outside. In fact, this is a positive period to engage with healing or self-reflection.
Pisces’ energy is strong from mid-month onwards as the planet of communication Mercury is here from the 14th onwards. If you’re taking a trip down memory lane, engage with your emotions. This could be a powerful time of release. Enjoy your close relationships with the ones you love or a spiritual, divine connection.
This is especially true of the Venus-Neptune conjunction in Pisces on the 1st and the New Moon in Pisces on the 28th. Lose yourself, in a good way.
Money is significant too, as Pisces is the star sign which represents joint finances and shared resources in your horoscope. Finances could be an emotional issue, whether this concerns an inheritance, you’re splitting finances with someone close in order to move on or there’s another personal reason.
Aim to make the right financial moves, not only to sort out your own money situation but consider how you can help others or team up with people close to you. You could be involved in fundraising or charity work. The New Moon in Pisces on the 28th may open the door in this respect.
Mars Turns Direct
There’s another planet turning direct this month and that planet is Mars. Mars has been retrograde since December 6, 2024 but turns direct this month on the 24th in Cancer and the most hidden sector of your horoscope.
This isn’t an easy placing of Mars for you as it can turn your anger inwards. Or, your mind is in overdrive. If you’ve experienced any anxiety or depression over the last couple of months, Mars retrograde in Cancer may have been the astrological culprit.
Cancer’s the sector of your horoscope which rules secret enemies, so you may find out who’s been talking behind your back or who’s not in agreement with you, once Mars is back up to speed.
Mars turning direct is a time for inner work, insight and understanding, a common theme in your astrology this month. Mars will remain in Cancer until April 18th when it enters your star sign Leo.
Mars in Cancer represents a time of preparation for you, when you’re doing your research and getting ready for a new chapter or phase beginning in two months time. Use this preparation period for writing and creative work, counselling and coaching.
Venus Aries
Finally, love planet Venus enters your fellow fire sign Aries on the 4th. This combines love and foreign connections. You may have a sense that your love life is about to take a passionate turn as February begins.
However, do be aware that Venus will turn retrograde next month at the beginning of March. Therefore, what you start in February may involve some twists and turns over the next couple of months.
