Taurus Full Moon
This week, there’s a Full Moon on November 5. Traditionally, the Taurus Full Moon is about security, both financial and emotional. This is because the earth sign Taurus is linked to the cycles of nature.
There’s a constancy to nature and the earth sustains, feeds and comforts us. Daily routines, walking in nature, food and treats, sensual pleasures – these are all connected to Taurus’ earthy delights. Taurus is ruled by Venus, lover of indulgence.

Uranus is especially electric and crazy during this phase in the month as it’s about to change star sign on November 8. Uranus is currently at 0° Gemini, a critical degree and extra-wild.
The Mars-Uranus opposition adds an xtra factor to this ‘safe harbour’ Full Moon in Taurus. This is because Uranus represents rebellion, breaking free or splitting off. It’s an exciting planetary energy but connected to the unexpected and ‘out of the blue’ events.
Therefore, things could go topsy turvy during the Full Moon phase. Or there’s an overflowing of emotion and drama. You may feel the urge to go wild and crazy or be spontaneous as your instincts kick in.
Uranus indicates change and the desire to break out of a rut. However, know that other people will be picking up on the wild-card, edgy feel to this Full Moon, so expect the unexpected.
And, most importantly, know that the Mars-Uranus combination can coincide with accidents and unprovoked violence so don’t do anything foolish or reckless during this Full Moon phase and be wary of your surroundings.
