Love & Friendship
As September begins, you have passion planet Mars in your opposite star sign Cancer. Water sign Cancer rules relationships in your horoscope, both personal and professional.
However, as the months begins, you may have some doubts around one particular relationship or partnership. This is because, on the 1st, your ruling planet Saturn is square to Mars, slowing things down.
In addition, the planet of love and relationships Venus moves into another water sign this month, star sign Scorpio, on the 10th. This adds a new dimension to love and relationships as Scorpio is sexy, secretive and extremely charismatic.
Plus, Scorpio is your friendship sector, so perhaps, love and friendship are linked. This could be promising for new love or a passionate liaison.
However, it’s worth noting that Venus will turn retrograde next month on October 3. This sometimes coincides with an illicit affair or needing to keep love quiet. It’s a complex picture so consider what it might mean for you. It may mean that relationships are imbued with strong emotions and one person in your life is becoming something of an obsession.
Virgo Season – New Moon
This month, long-term goals are foreground. This is because of the Sun’s move through Virgo and the sector of your horoscope which rules travel, study and the bigger picture, up until the 23rd.
If you’re travelling or studying this month, you’re in tune with your stars. Also, it’s a good time to be looking ahead to next year’s holiday or to line up a trip away. If you’re a typical Capricorn, you like to have a schedule or plan, sometimes years in advance.
The key to your success this month is to be true to your earth sign roots. Don’t take on too much, don’t get overly carried away and keep your feet on the ground. Deal with the practicalities, at the same time as nurturing your dreams. Ensure you can deliver what you promise.
The New Moon this month falls in Virgo on the 11th, a symbol of new beginnings. This would be a lovely date to book a holiday or sign up to a course. Plus, Mars is active in a good way during the New Moon and an ideal time to combine new experiences and love.
Libra Season – Full Moon
There’s another influence calling you in September as the planets are peaking at the top of your horoscope in the star sign Libra. Libra rules your career and vocation, your status and reputation. On the 23rd, the Sun enters Libra, the day of the Equinox.
This month, however, you don’t have to wait until then to get a confidence boost or find your career moving in the right direction. This is because there are two other planets in Libra, the planet of relating Venus until the 10th and communication planet Mercury from the 10th.
Therefore, this is a top month to focus on your future path, aim high and rev up your ambitious nature. Do what’s right for you but, as Libra is the sign of balance, it’s important to think carefully about where your priorities lie.
Instead of solely speeding ahead with career and big picture goals, find time to communicate with your loved ones so they’re supportive even if you’re extra busy.
The Full Moon could be pivotal which falls on the 26th. This Full Moon cuts across the Aries/Libra axis of the zodiac and the foundations of your horoscope. You may feel pulled in different directions during the Full Moon phase.
Alternatively, you may recognise where you need to say yes to a new role, position or job to support your family. Whatever issue is foreground for you personally, make an intuitive decision on your next steps during the Full Moon phase.
The Big Pattern
Also this month, the Big Pattern which dominated July’s astrology is being reactivated. This involves the three modern planets, Uranus in Gemini, Neptune in Aries and Pluto in Aquarius. The three planets are creating a Minor Grand Trine aspect in the heavens and they are being re-awakened this month.
This is because Mercury and the Sun in Libra align with the modern planets. The key dates are September 12-14 and September 26-28. This coincides with the New Moon in Virgo on the 11th and the Full Moon in Aries on the 26th. This could be fortuitous for you when it comes to work and money matters.
You could do well on a property deal. And, you’re wise to use your networks and connections to improve your prospects. Whatever began or was seeded back in July, this is the time to grab hold of those seeds, breathe life into them and turn them into a success.
