Then, on the 5th, there’s a Mercury-Jupiter alliance which may coincide with good news. If you’re looking for a little bit of luck or good fortune, reach out and ask for what you want or need.
Fire sign energy is lively. And, at times this month, life may feel hectic and you’ll be required to respond quickly. Yet, there’s much to be enjoyed too. The more you slow down the pace of life, the more pleasure is available to you and, strangely enough, the more you may get done.
Most importantly for you, your ruling planet Saturn enters Aries on the 25th. Saturn will be here until September and takes up residence in Aries in February 2026.
Aries is the star sign at the base of your horoscope ruling your home and family, your past and where you come from. This may be a time when you’re thinking about putting down roots or settling somewhere.

Therefore, it’s a good time to turn your attention to your finances. If you need to earn more or sort out a contract or financial transaction, get busy. If you’re in a position to help other people out, emotionally or financially, this would be a supportive time to do so.
Plus, there’s a sense that what you give, you receive in return when planets in Leo. One of the loveliest dates in this respect is the 22nd when the lovers of the heavens, Venus and Mars, are in alignment. Work alongside your loved ones to make life better for everyone concerned.
Earth Sign Energy
What’s helpful for you is the fact that there’s strong earth sign energy throughout May and this is where you find stability and strength. The Sun is in your fellow earth sign Taurus until the 20th and talk planet Mercury is in Taurus from the 10th to the 26th.
Taurus rules the sector of your horoscope which rules play and entertainment, children and fun, romance and good times. Taurus is a sensual earth sign and represents hands-on activities.
You may benefit from walks in nature, cooking, gardening, massage, sculpture and art. Find yourself a hobby and tap into your creative side. Do whatever works for you so you feel grounded and connected to the earth.
There is, however, another planetary factor in Taurus that brings something electric, different, a little bit crazy. This is the planet Uranus representing change. Uranus is most active on the 17th & 24th when it teams up with the Sun and Mercury.
At its best, Uranus is a spontaneous influence, urging you to be wild, hedonistic and enjoy yourself. If you’re a typical Capricorn, you’re not usually impulsive. Yet, this month, you could find that other people and external events are the catalyst or trigger for surprise.
It may be your children or grandchildren who are a good influence on you. Or a lover or new romance that leaves you feeling giddy and playful.
The Full Moon in Scorpio on the 12th would be an ideal time to let your hair down, be social and have some fun. Uranus is pulled into the Full Moon picture so anything goes. Be around unconventional and alternative people whose outlook and views on life are exciting and refreshing.
Gemini Season
Towards the end of the month, you may want to focus on your lifestyle and routine. Perhaps, you’re keen to do less of what stresses you out and more of what boosts your energy levels.
This is because the cosmic spotlight turns towards the star sign Gemini, which represents your work and routine, your lifestyle and health. The Sun enters Gemini on the 20th and talk planet Mercury joins the Sun in Gemini on the 26th.
Gemini’s a lively air sign linked to communication so you may have more meetings or interviews than usual. If you’re involved in customer service in any shape or form, it’s likely to be a busier time than usual.
Gemini’s linked to learning, so use your free time to read books or articles and get in the know, whether you’re seeking a new job or a health solution. The more informed you are, the better. Plus, as Gemini is a mutable star sign, it’s wise to learn to multi-task so you can manage your time well.
The New Moon on the 27th falls in Gemini, an ideal date to start a new fitness routine or healthy habit. Alternatively, use the New Moon to apply for a job or launch a work-related project. It would be a good date to advertise and market your services as a New Moon is ideal for new beginnings.
This forward-moving activity continues to the end of the month when there’s a lovely Sun/Mercury cazimi conjunction on the 30th. It’s an ideal date to speak up and ask for what you want.
Pluto Retrograde
Power planet Pluto turns retrograde in Aquarius on the 4th. This indicates that it’s time to focus deeper on your finances and your values in life. Pluto’s linked to hidden wealth and this may be a time when you want to use your money to benefit society. Or perhaps, you have some tough decisions to make around finances. Take your time and wield your power to good effect.
Pluto is the planet of loss and endings, as well as power and transformation. And, Pluto will be retrograde in Aquarius and your personal money sector until mid-October.
Be wary of falling into debt or bad financial habits. Pluto’s change of direction could reveal some harsh truths around money and you’re wise not to run up extra expense. There could be a wake-up call around money. Or perhaps, a red flag that shows you where not to invest.
