Aquarius Season – Solar Eclipse
Aquarius is the star sign of the moment, the star sign before yours. Talk planet Mercury is here until the 6th, the planet of relating Venus is in Aquarius until the 10th and the Sun is moving through Aquarius until the 18th. In addition, action planet Mars will be in Aquarius throughout February.
Aquarius rules the most hidden sector of your horoscope and turns your attention inward. You’re moving through a period which may connect you more with the spiritual world. Alternatively, it can be a time of preparation, when you’re studying or learning a new activity or skill. You might be learning to meditate, be on retreat or be listening to your inner voice.
Aquarius is the star sign linked to the collective, so this could indicate coming together with other people for a mutual cause. You might be meditating in a group or become involved in spiritual or philosophical teaching. You may want to immerse yourself in an activity that’s deeply meaningful to you. If so, it would be a good time to do so.
Alternatively, there could be a theme of caring or self-care in your life. Sometimes, you have to put everyday life on hold when planets are in Aquarius to take care of yourself or others.
Also this month, the Full Moon takes place on the 1st when the Sun’s in Aquarius and the Moon’s in Leo. This would be a powerful time to trust your intuition, listen to your dreams and read the signs of the universe. You might be volunteering during the Full Moon weekend or join in with other people for magic and ritual in a Full Moon circle.
In addition, this month sees the start of a new eclipse cycle which will cut across the star signs Leo and Aquarius. This eclipse cycle continues until January 2028 and the majority of the eclipses are Solar Eclipses, i.e. turbo-powered New Moons.
Solar Eclipses are often areas of accelerated growth where things happen fast. The first Solar Eclipse takes place on the 17th of this month in Aquarius.
The Leo/Aquarius axis is about the routines of life and what lies beyond the everyday in your horoscope. It’s where you find greater fulfilment, either through helping or caring for other people or connecting with the spiritual realm, God or the divine.
This eclipse cycle could be deeply meaningful for you whether you’re deepening your faith or reorienting your work to a more spiritual or creative outlet.
There is a proviso during this eclipse, however, because wild-card Uranus is square to the Sun and Moon. Uranus is in the practical earth sign Taurus and is completing its journey through this sector of your horoscope. Uranus leaves Taurus on April 26 but is unusually active this month.
Uranus turns direct in Taurus and your communication sector on the 4th and clashes with the inner planets on the 5th, 8th. 16th & 27th. You may be up against criticism or run into negativity. Someone may actively try and stop you doing what you want.
If you’re true to your star sign, you have a deeply psychic and instinctual nature. This is about the hidden places, secrets and confidences. You may have to return to an ethical or moral dilemma this month, trusting how much to reveal and when to stay silent.

Pisces Season – Mercury Retrograde

Strong emphasis on your star sign Pisces can help you tap into your creative or spiritual source. You might be having profound thoughts or find that your imagination is unusually fertile. The Sun represents energy and vitality and you often feel a boost of confidence or an energy surge once the Sun is back in your star sign. One of this month’s key themes is about looking after yourself and not giving away too much of your time or energy.
Also, on a personal level, it’s important to note that communication planet Mercury turns retrograde in your star sign Pisces on the 26th and will remain on go slow until March 20. Therefore, this would be a good time to review your situation, reassess where you’re heading and why.

It’s an ideal time to decide what you’re ready to commit to and where you’re ready to move on. These are Saturn’s themes, planning financial long-term goals, also blocking any drains on your money.
Values and self-worth are under the cosmic spotlight. Ideally, it’s a time to ensure you value yourself highly so you’re paid what you deserve. At the same time, shift your financial attitude to become more of a saver than a spender. Saturn favours responsible action.
