Aquarius Season – Solar Eclipse
The star sign of the moment is Aquarius which rules your work and health sector. Your ruling planet Mercury is here until the 6th, the planet of relating Venus is in Aquarius until the 10th and the Sun is moving through Aquarius until the 18th. In addition, action planet Mars will remain in Aquarius throughout February.
Aquarius is about the things you do in life on a daily basis, being practical and getting organised. It’s the star sign linked to technology and all things modern. Therefore, you could be creating new systems this month to help yourself or other people.
If you’re a typical Sun Virgo, you like to take good care of your body and you often prioritise your health, fitness and well-being. You may be making a decision to work in these key areas moving forward.
Plus, there’s an important Full Moon which highlights the Leo/Aquarius axis of the zodiac on the 1st. This is about being of service, whether to other people or a higher purpose. The Full Moon could light the way and help you see where fulfilment lies.
In addition, February is the start of a new eclipse cycle and the eclipses are going to fall in the star signs Leo and Aquarius. Most of these eclipses are going to be Solar Eclipses, i.e. turbo-powered New Moons. This eclipse cycle will continue until January 2028.
The Leo/Aquarius axis may feel comfortable for you because, if you’re a typical Virgo, you’re happiest when you’ve got a regular routine, you have work that fulfils you and you’re taking good care of your health. Plus, there’s a spiritual aspect to this axis encouraging you to seek where trust and faith lie.
This month, the Solar Eclipse falls in Aquarius on the 17th so consider what you’re gearing up to begin when it comes to your work and health. Perhaps, a new job or direction in life which is more in tune with your personal goals.
However, during this eclipse, the Sun and Moon clash with unpredictable Uranus in your fellow earth sign Taurus. This could coincide with an unexpected twist or turn, a new chapter to your story. You might want to act impulsively and go travelling or sign up to a study course.
Before leaping in, it’s important to note that rebellious Uranus is unusually active this month. Uranus is completing its journey through Taurus and your travel and study sector and turns direct here on the 4th. Plus, Uranus will clash with all the inner planets on the 5th, 8th, 16th & 27th.
Therefore, it’s important that you engage your heart and your head before leaping in. Be overly impulsive and this could work against you. Alternatively, the unexpected occurs and life steps in to lead you in a new direction.
Pisces Season – Mercury Retrograde
It’s not all about work and routine this month as love is potentially in the air. Whether your love life is exhilarating, bewildering or simply a fantasy, it’s a good time to indulge the romantic side of your nature.
There are several reasons for this. Firstly, your ruling planet Mercury moves into Pisces and your relationship sector on the 6th. Then, love planet Venus enters romantic Pisces on the 10th followed by the Sun’s move into Pisces on the 18th.
Therefore, this could be a gorgeous month for you when it comes to love and relationships and the stand-out date is the 22nd. Perhaps, you fall in love or you experience a soul-mate connection with someone close.
It may be a love relationship which brings sweetness your way. Or the planets in Pisces tap you into your giving nature and your inclination to want to help other people. At its best, Pisces season can be blissful and transcendent, whether you’re in love or on a spiritual quest.
Pisces rules all one-to-ones, both personal and professional. Therefore, it could be a coach, a teacher, an expert or adviser who helps you connect on a deeper level with your own emotions and your purpose in life.
It is important, however, to note that your ruling planet Mercury turns retrograde in Pisces on the 26th and will remain on go slow until March 20. Therefore, ideally you want to make a key decision about love and relationships before this date. You may feel more confused at the end of the month. Or perhaps, someone goes quiet on you.
Yet, the Mercury retrograde phase is ideal for reconnecting with people from your past, a lover perhaps, a friend or colleague. People matter deeply to you now and you may find that your own plans change depending on what happens in the lives of the people you love. It’s not a month to go it alone.
Saturn Enters Aries
Saturn’s move into Aries on February 14 may teach you a lot about money and the link between money and energy. This is where Saturn will remain until April 2028.
You could get involved in fundraising or charity work during this transit. Or you take responsibility for your finances in a new way and aim to build a secure future for yourself. Saturn prefers saving to spending and this may encourage you to cut expenses and live more modestly.
Alternatively, you could be stepping into a new role where you’re in charge of funding. This transit of Saturn through Aries is tapping you into the metaphysical realm. Don’t be afraid of taboo issues if you choose to dive deep into the underworld.
Saturn/Neptune Conjunction
The Saturn/Neptune conjunction falls in Aries and your joint finance sector on February 20. There may be a significant shift in your financial situation and what money means to you. Or you become fascinated with the esoteric realm and life beyond the veil.
