Sagittarius Season
December is your birthday month and, this year, the Sun remains in Sagittarius until the 21st. If you’re a typical Sagittarius, you’re a hedonist at heart and it’s fitting that you celebrate your birthday during one of the most festive months of the year.
The run-up to the holiday season can be the perfect excuse to party and enjoy yourself, not only on your birthday but when any invitation comes your way.
It’s not only the Sun in Sagittarius either, as action planet Mars is here until the 15th and the planet of love and relating Venus is in your star sign until the 24th. Plus, talk planet Mercury returns to Sagittarius on the 11th.
Therefore, the focus is firmly on you and your personal goals and aims. This is about your image and profile, how you come across to others and how the world sees you. Find your voice and ensure you’re heard. It’s a good time to reinvent yourself and do more of what makes you happy.
It’s time to be less introvert and more extrovert, to focus more on life out in the world and less on personal or sensitive issues. Aim for balance in your life and do whatever makes you feel good. Line up a party or celebration and aim to heal a rift if you’ve fallen out with someone.
The stand-out date for you this month is the 20th when there’s a glorious New Moon in your star sign Sagittarius. This is encouraging you to focus on your future and set your intentions for the coming year.
A New Moon is a symbol of new beginnings and an ideal time to put the past behind you and start afresh. And, this may be more needed in the month ahead as you’ll read shortly.
Saturn & Neptune
Love too is under the cosmic spotlight especially during the Full Moon in Gemini and your relationship sector on the 4th. This is a time when emotions are heightened and this Full Moon feels passionate. It would be a good date to make a decision about love or a business partnership. Gemini loves to debate, negotiate and talk.
Yet, as the planets move through Sagittarius, they will all square two slower-moving planets Saturn and Neptune. Saturn represents duty and responsibility while Neptune is the planet of dreams, emotional and sentimental in water sign Pisces.
Neptune turns direct in Pisces on the 10th and this could be significant, especially when it comes to home and family affairs. This is because Pisces is the star sign at the base of your horoscope pulling you back into the past.
Plus, both planets are completing their respective journeys through Pisces and will move on during the first couple of months of next year. This is important and they’re not going out quietly.
Saturn & Neptune square planets in Sagittarius on the following dates – the 9th, 14th, 17th, 21st, 24th, 30th & Jan 1st. In fact, you could say their influence is dominating from the 9th onwards.
Therefore, it’s important to consider what this means for you and where you’re being asked to surrender or let go. It could be an emotional month, especially if you’re experiencing grief or you’re feeling sentimental about the past and what’s been lost.
At the same time, be wary of any kind of emotional blackmail and know who you can and can’t trust. Veer away from seduction or anyone close who’s using persuasive tactics to win you around.
Someone may not behave well this month and this means you feel sad or disappointed. As a Sagittarius, the truth is important to you and you won’t take well to someone lying or stretching the truth.
Trust your personal intuition and know when is the right time to put your needs first. Saturn is the planet of boundaries whereas Neptune is boundless and pulls you in. This is your birthday month after all, so consider when and where you’re right to ensure your needs are met.
Money Matters
Also this month, earth sign Capricorn is strong from the 15th onwards. This is the date when action planet Mars enters Capricorn. Fast forward another week and the Sun enters Capricorn on the 21st, the day of the Solstice. Finally, the planet of love and money Venus moves into Capricorn and your personal money sector on the 24th.
Money’s often foreground when it’s the festive season and this could prove to be an important time for money matters. The festive season is often expensive. Yet, the planets in Capricorn are urging you to take the sensible route when it comes to money, to plan ahead and not be overly extravagant.
It might be that money is one area of your life that you can manage well and you’re wise to do so. Practise good money management and ensure your finances are safe and secure moving into 2026. This is where you’re wise to line up some long-term goals, even if it means a period of hard work to achieve them. Do what feels right for you.
