Pisces Horoscope July 2025
Caring Cancer
Cancer is the star sign which rules all the good things in your life, including romance, children and pregnancy, entertainment, creative projects and luck.
With the Sun in Cancer until the 22nd, this is an ideal time to do more of what you love, prioritise play and go with the flow. Spend time reading or relaxing, daydreaming or pondering.
Plus, your ruling planet Jupiter took up residence in Cancer last month where it will remain until June 2026. Jupiter’s the great protector in Cancer so consider who you’re proud of or who you’re looking after. It would be an ideal time to get more involved with children, either your own or children who live locally or even globally.
The Full Moon on the 10th cuts across the Cancer/Capricorn axis of the zodiac and social sectors of your horoscope. Full Moons are often a time of completion or culmination and this Full Moon is ideal for making a decision around friendship or a protective role.
Trust the light of the Moon to guide you and bring you clarity. Tap into your natural intuition as there’s love and connection available. What takes place could bring you closer to the ones you love.
Do What You Love
On the 22nd, there’s a shift of pace as the Sun leaves gentle Cancer and enters fiery Leo. Leo rules your work and routine, your health and well-being and Leo is a colourful and joyful influence.
Therefore, Leo season is a good time to ensure you’re in tip-top condition and that work is a lovely place to be. If not, you might be rethinking or reconsidering what you want to do next.
There’s another reason for this as communication planet Mercury is in Leo throughout July but slowing down. On the 18th, Mercury switches direction and turns retrograde here and will be on go slow until August 11th. If you’re looking for work, this is a positive time to reconnect with an old employer or work you did previously.
The New Moon in Leo falls on the 24th, an excellent date to make a wish and set your intentions around work and health. New Moons are a symbol of new beginnings.
This would be a good time to restore your energy, look after yourself and do whatever makes you happy and cheerful. Engage in activities that put a smile on your face.
The only question mark concerns two of the slower-moving planets switching direction and turning retrograde this month. They are your modern ruler Neptune on the 4th and the planet of responsibility Saturn on the 13th. Both planets are currently in Aries and your financial sector.
Things could slow down for you financially and this may be linked to what’s happening at work. Alternatively, you could find that a financial pressure begins to ease.
Either way, both planets won’t return to Aries until early 2026. February next year could be a significant month to work towards regarding money matters.
Virgo Vibes
Also this month, action planet Mars is moving through Virgo and your relationship sector. Therefore, you might be more dependent on other people than usual. Perhaps, you’re in a situation where you’re following rather than taking the lead.
Alternatively, you may have some solid partnerships in your life which are making things easier for you. This could be a PA, employee or cleaner or some other kind of help. Reach out for support as and when you need it. When necessary, lean on other people.
Mars is the passion planet, however, and Virgo is your relationship sector. Therefore, it’s a positive time to work on a relationship and make time for one another.
The only date to avoid is the 23rd when the lovers of the heavens, Venus and Mars, clash. Otherwise, make love and relationships a priority.
Uranus Enters Gemini
The major shift this month involves the planet of innovation and change Uranus moving star sign. Since 2018, Uranus has been in Tauus and your ideas and communication sector. This has been about your network, your social media presence, your community, your neighbourhood.
You might have been trading, selling or marketing and it’s often a time when information is valuable. Taurus rules your siblings and your mode of transport.
On the 7th, Uranus leaves Taurus although it will return for a last visit from November 2025 to April 2026. The landscape’s changing and events in the first week of this month may coincide with an important turning point. You could reunite with a sibling or relative. Or perhaps, you’re gifted for the work you’ve been doing in your community.
Uranus enters air sign Gemini on the 7th, where it will take up residence next year for the subsequent seven years. Gemini rules your home and family, your past and where you come from and Uranus in Gemini doesn’t feel settled or steady.
You may already know where these key areas of your life are going to be changing. Although when Uranus is involved, sometimes external events kick in to necessitate change.
This month, Uranus is joined in Gemini by the planet of relating Venus from the 4th to the 31st. Therefore, you might be catching up with people you haven’t seen for some time. Or you’re enjoying redesigning your home or garden.
Perhaps, you’ve been wanting to do something different around home and family affairs and this month’s astrology opens the door.
Venus is especially active on the 6th & 7th when she aligns with Saturn and Neptune, your co-ruler. This is lovely for inspiring your imagination. Invest in your home or family.
Mercury Retrograde Do’s & Don’ts
Remember the Mercury retrograde mantra – put off the big decisions & major investments when the communication planet is on go slow from July 18th to August 11th. Here are some top tips:
- be flexible, have plans B, C & D up your sleeve
- take a step back, do less not more
- double-check everything, read the small print
- chase up old contacts, revisit the past
- use all the re-words – revise, rework, review, reconsider
- rest & retreat, take a break, go on holiday
- do your research ready to act when Mercury turns direct
