Keep Calm

Libra rules communication and community in your horoscope. It’s about making connections and getting the right people on your side. With the Sun is in Libra, this can enhance your sales and marketing skills and your ability to use the written and spoken word to good effect.
Balance and harmony are key Libra traits and you may be seeking ease and comfort in your close relationships, both personal and professional. Conflict and aggression might be a no-no, a turn off and you may naturally veer towards the people in your life who are a calming and grounding influence.
It is important that you have friends to talk to this month, especially when there’s a Grand Trine in air signs on the 14th. Keep the lines of communication open and make sure you have the right group of people around you. People with diverse skills, people who you can trade and barter with.
Full Moon/New Moon
Also this month, both the Full Moon and the New Moon highlight communication, education and travel in your horoscope. These powerful lunations are pulling you out into the world.
The Full Moon takes place on the 7th cutting across the Aries/Libra axis of the zodiac. This is about education for you, learning, knowledge, principles and beliefs. You might be taking part in a workshop or course. Or perhaps, you’re involved in a debate regarding philosophy, spirituality, religion or culture.
The New Moon takes place on the 21st in Libra, a symbol of new beginnings. This would be an excellent date to start negotiations and to ask for what you want or need.
You may reach out to your local community and be considering new partnerships close to home. Perhaps, you’re a student or a teacher and want to share what you know and learn from other people.

Home and family are definitely under the cosmic spotlight this month. This is because your ruler the Sun will move into Scorpio, the star sign at the base of your horoscope, on the 23rd. However, before then, there’s plenty going on in this sector of your horoscope.
Firstly, talk planet Mercury will be in Scorpio from the 6th to the 29th. Therefore, consider why you may need to pick up communications with family or regarding your home or a property deal.
Secondly, action planet Mars is in Scorpio and your home and family sector throughout October. Mars is a speedy planet so things could happen fast and you’re wise to be proactive when it comes to these key areas of your life. Push hard for what you want and don’t let other people hold all the cards.
The Mercury/Mars combination peaks on the 20th when the planets are side-by-side. This is ideal for walking your talk and doing what you say. Consider why or where you may need to be empowered when it comes to your home and family relationships.
Things could really take off in the last week of October when both Mercury and Mars make powerful Grand Water Trines with Jupiter in Cancer and Saturn in Pisces. This brings money into the mix, also karma and past connections.
You may be gifted because of what you’ve given to others in the past. The water signs are empathic and compassionate, intuitive and holding. Emotional connections run deep and invisible ties lead into your past and even beyond the veil between worlds.
This could be a time when your emotions lead and guide you. Or perhaps, you’re in tune with spirit or a spirit guide. Anything’s possible towards the end of October and you may be aware of a deeper connection which lies beyond yourself and helps you find your place within the wider universe.
As remarkable as this period in the month may be, don’t put off making any key decisions around home and family. This is because talk planet Mercury is slowing down towards the end of October getting ready to turn retrograde on November 9th. Any negotiations or financial dealings may take longer to play out than first expected.
Neptune Returns To Pisces
Last month, get real Saturn returned to Pisces and your joint finance sector on September 1st. This month, on the 22nd, fantasy planet Neptune returns to Pisces, the last star sign. Pisces is where the ego dissolves and you encounter the vast universe and the one-ness of life.
Neptune’s move back into Pisces may teach you about money and the link between money and energy. You may be involved in fundraising or charitable work. Or perhaps, you’re learning to trust that the universe will provide for you.
Whatever’s going on for you personally, know that this is the end of a financial chapter in your life. Saturn entered Pisces in March 2023 and Neptune moved into Pisces in 2011. Both planets are making one last dive into Pisces before moving on at the start of 2026.
Therefore, consider what this means for you. Are you changing your values or what money means to you? Are you aware of the difference between the material and the spiritual realm and you’re leaning into one more than the other? Pluto Turns Direct
The slowest-moving planet Pluto turns direct on the 14th in air sign Aquarius, the star sign linked to technology, equality and the collective. Wherever Pluto’s active, there’s often a theme of transformation or deep psychological change.
Aquarius is your opposite star sign and rules your relationships. Some of your deepest learnings may come via partnership in your life, either personal or professional.
Be around people who want to transform the world in a good way and avoid people who try to dominate or take control. Pluto’s realm is power and whether power is wielded for good or for evil. If you’re involved in any kind of ‘power couple’, ensure your relationship is on an equal footing.
