Sagittarius Season
There are a host of planets in Sagittarius this month and Sagittarius is your opposite star sign. Passion planet Mars is here until the 15th, the Sun is in Sagittarius until the 21st and love planet Venus is in your relationship sector until the 24th. Plus, most importantly for you, your ruling planet Mercury returns to Sagittarius on the 11th.
This puts the cosmic spotlight on love and relationships, also your business partnerships. It’s about your one-to-ones and the people you interact with, work with and live with.
Therefore, you’re wise to turn your attention to other people in your life. Ask someone to take the lead or help you out if you’re struggling. Make time for your partnerships and let other people know if you’re looking for love.
On the 20th, there’s a New Moon in Sagittarius, a symbol of new beginnings. This may coincide with a special celebration or meeting someone who can turn your life around.
Sagittarius rules all your one-to-one’s, however, including your enemies as well as your sweethearts. Perhaps, you’re taking part in a competitive challenge or you’ve got competition for a promotion at work.
Teamwork and partnership are key themes for you this month. Therefore, it’s an ideal time to get the right allies on your side and find the people who can help you or guide you. Alternatively, you may be the one stepping into a new role as coach or teacher.
Saturn & Neptune
A pivotal date for you is the 4th when there’s a Full Moon in your star sign Gemini. This Full Moon cuts across the Gemini/Sagittarius axis of the zodiac and lights up your personal and relationship sectors.
This could be a significant moment for your one-to-ones. Full Moons often coincide with drama as they heighten emotions. Yet, the light of moon brings clarity and this could be a passionate and emotional time for you.
However, when the faster-moving planets are in Sagittarius, they clash with two of the slower-moving planets, Saturn and Neptune in Pisces, the star sign at the peak of your horoscope.
This influence is especially strong when Neptune turns direct in Pisces on the 10th. Yet, you’ll be feeling this throughout the month as there are square aspects to Saturn and Neptune on the 9th, 14th, 17th, 21st, 24th, 30th & Jan 1st.
This suggests a theme of completion and you’re wise to ask what’s coming to an end. Perhaps, it’s a job or business that’s closing. Or you’re stepping down from a role of responsibility or letting go of a long-term dream or wish.
What’s important is that you don’t fall into fear or disillusionment when these square aspects kick in. Working together, Saturn and Neptune are encouraging you to breathe life into your dreams and put a plan in place.
Plus, this isn’t only about the tangible side of things as Saturn and Neptune in Pisces are a reminder of the importance of trust and faith. Learning to surrender to life can be valuable if it leads you in a new direction and restores your faith in prayer or your trust in the universe. There’s a spiritual element to these planetary combinations and a deeper learning that may be playing out.
Earth Sign Energy
That doesn’t mean forget about practicalities because there’s a strong focus on the earth sign Capricorn from mid-month onwards. Capricorn rules money matters in your horoscope and the earth signs favour stability and long-term security.
Action planet Mars is the first to enter Capricorn on the 15th, followed by the Sun’s move into Capricorn on the 21st, the day of the Solstice.. Finally, the planet of love and relating Venus is a steady influence in Capricorn from the 24th onwards.
Capricorn rules joint finances in your horoscope and this is about team work and sharing resources. Therefore, it would be a positive time to plan your budget for 2026 and look at ways of improving your finances or paying off debt. The earth signs encourage you to have a long-term goal and work towards it. It’s a reminder that taking small steps on a regular basis can pay off.
This suggests that you’re wise to stand firm about spending over the festive period and keep boundaries in place. Encourage friends and family to do what’s right for everyone which could mean economising or setting up a Secret Santa ballot. In addition, ensure you have the right experts or advisers in place to guide you moving forward.
