Love And Partnership
As you enter into a new year, you may realise how important other people are in your life. This is because all the inner planets are moving through Capricorn and your relationship sector. Talk planet Mercury is here from the 1st to the 20th and the Sun is in Capricorn until the 20th.
More importantly, the planet of love Venus is in Capricorn until the 17th alongside passion planet Mars which is in your relationship sector until the 23rd. Put all this together and it’s potentially a gorgeous symbol for love and relationships and appreciating the ones you’re with.
Venus and Mars are a strong team this month so find your partner, your soul-mate, your confidante. Walk alongside one another, hand-in-hand. The stand-out dates for love are the 6th to the 9th when the Sun, Venus and Mars create a triple conjunction in Capricorn.
Line up something special if you’re lucky enough to be in a relationship that boosts your life. And, in all your one-to-ones, get the right people on your side and make strong alliances.
The focus on your relationships starts during the Full Moon in your star sign Cancer on the 3rd. This would be a wonderful date for a proposal or marriage. Plus, it’s your opportunity to ensure that your relationships are working for you. Trust your intuition and do what feel’s right.
An emotional response may be what’s needed. Or perhaps, you’re the one who’s taking on a protective or nurturing role. This fits with expansive Jupiter active in your star sign Cancer and this is especially strong on the 9th & 10th.
This focus on your one-to-ones continues until the New Moon in Capricorn on the 18th. However, this is feistier as the Sun and Moon sit next to talk planet Mercury and action planet Mars. It’s an ideal date to walk your talk and do what you say.
You could find yourself up against opposition during the New Moon. Certainly, you may have to push hard to get your own way and not everyone will be in agreement with you.
This could be a competitive period in your life, when you’re playing in a tournament or you find out who your enemies are. Keep close tabs on all your relationships and dig deep to find out what’s going on. This isn’t a month to go it alone.
Aquarius Themes
Also, it’s a month when you’re wise to get practical and pay attention to the logistics of life. This may mean dealing with money matters, joint finances or shared resources. This is because the inner planets all move into Aquarius and this sector of your horoscope around the same time.
The planet of love and money Venus is first on the 17th, followed by talk planet Mercury and the Sun on the 20th and action planet Mars on the 23rd. This period in the month could be a busy time for money, contracts and negotiations.
Plus, there’s another planet in Aquarius, the planet of loss and transformation Pluto. And, as the inner planets move into Aquarius, they all run into Pluto around the same time. Venus is first on the 20th, followed by Mercury on the 22nd, the Sun on the 23rd and Mars on the 27th.
Sometimes, you experience a financial loss when Pluto’s active in your money sector. Certainly, tough decisions could be required and you may have to dig deep to fund or finance someone close. Pluto’s nature is like the phoenix rising from the ashes. Sometimes, you’re able to turn an impossible situation into a win.
Be wary of who you get involved with during this period. Pluto rules power and control and it’s important that you hold tight to power and control when it comes to your money. Don’t let the actions of a third party lead you into debt.
Saturn-Uranus
There’s another strong planetary influence this month as one of the major planetary aspects of 2025 completes on the 20th. This involves the planets Saturn in Pisces and Uranus in Taurus which first came together last year on April 4 & August 12, 2025. Therefore, events now may be linked to what was happening back then.
Saturn’s the planet of responsibility and authority and Pisces rules travel and study in your horoscope. While Uranus is the planet of innovation and change and Taurus rules your friends and group in which you’re involved. Perhaps, you’ve been fearful about saying yes to adventure and new experiences but you have a friend or group who are inspiring you.
These areas of your life are where excitement’s likely, whether you’re meeting new people or you’re keen to socialise more. Uranus is the planet of technology so this is about the internet and online connections too.
You may have a strong sense that you want to be part of society or your community. Or you want to do your bit for politics, the environment or social causes. You’re one of the cardinal signs of the zodiac and this is where you can be a leader and motivator.
Neptune Enters Aries
On the 26th, one of the slower-moving planets Neptune takes up residence in fire sign Aries where it will remain until 2038/2039. Neptune has already dipped its toe into Aries and your career and vocation sector from March 30 to October 22, 2025. Therefore, consider what seeds were being sown back then or what started to emerge.
Neptune’s the planet of dreams and the imagination and a compassionate and inclusive influence. It’s likely that your dreams for your career and future path are going to shift and change with Neptune here.
This favours a creative or compassionate job or role rather than doing a job for the money or taking a safe option. Lean into your dreams and envision where you’re heading and why. Next month, what you want or believe in could manifest or come to reality.
