Fire Sign Energy
As the month begins, talk planet Mercury is in Sagittarius and your friendship sector. In addition, action planet Mars joins Mercury in this sector of your horoscope on 4th. This combination is social and a time when people count. If you’re a typical Aquarius, you often have a wide circle of friends and this is where you can find fun and support. It’s not a month to go it alone.
The date to be cautious when it comes to friendship is the 4th. On this date, fiery feisty Mars runs into unpredictable, volatile Uranus across the social sectors of your horoscope. Therefore, you’re wise to take a step back from an argument or falling out. Avoid angry people and don’t get involved with something which isn’t your business. This could be linked to your relationship with a child or lover.
There’s another reason why your social life may not be straightforward this month and that reason is communication planet Mercury turning retrograde.
Mercury Retrograde
Talk planet Mercury is going to be on go slow from the 9th to the 29th and turns retrograde in fire sign Sagittarius. This can be a classic time of misunderstandings or feeling out of sorts with your friends or a group you’re involved with.
Sometimes, it’s wise to be patient when Mercury’s retrograde and take a step back from a friendship or group situation which feels unclear or confusing. It’s not the best time to try and sort things out.
Although, do be ready for old friends to come back into your life as this is a key feature of the Mercury retrograde phase. And, it’s a good time to consider your friends, groups and alliances. Do they bring you what you need or do you feel like an outsider? Use the Mercury retrograde phase to reassess and review your social situation.
Then, on the 19th, communication planet Mercury moves back into Scorpio and your career and vocation sector. Therefore, the second half of the month is a good time to be thinking about what next and reviewing your current work situation or future path.
You may be going back over old ground or be reconnecting with old work contacts. If you can take time out to rework your future strategy or goals, do so. Seeds that are sown this month could transform your current career or life situation further down the line.
Scorpio Season
It’s not just the Mercury retrograde phase highlighting your career sector. There’s a lot happening this month in Scorpio, the star sign at the peak of your horoscope. Therefore, this period in general is about your next steps, your future path.
The Sun is in Scorpio until the 22nd and the planet of love and relating Venus enters Scorpio on the 6th. Getting the right people on your side, especially women, could be helpful in your career moving forward.
In addition, it’s important to look ahead and think about your mission and purpose. What do you need to engage with in order to give your life more meaning and focus? Scorpio is a deep water sign, analytical and intense.
Plus, both the Full Moon in Taurus on the 5th and the New Moon in Scorpio on the 20th cut across the foundations of your horoscope. Immediately, this suggests it’s not a month to play small and you’re wise to deal with any issues which arise head-on. Be patient if you’re in the midst of negotiations or your career path is changing. Wait until Mercury turns direct on the 30th before making a significant move.
During the lunations – the Full Moon and New Moon – your co-ruler Uranus is in action. Perhaps, you’re moving home because of a new job. Or events at home or within your family are the reason why you’re keen to start over in your career or on your future path.
Uranus is the catalyst, the trigger that precipitates change and is in Taurus and your home and family sector from the 8th onwards. Therefore, you would expect your personal life and your professional life to be intertwined but perhaps in a way that brings conflict or feels like a clash.
You may be keen to break free from a role that no longer fits you well. Or life could step in to move you on. Either way, this is a time to think about what next and fire some new arrows into the sky.
Also, note when you’re feeling rebellious or craving change for the sake of it. Uranus makes some powerful oppositions this month on the 19th, 21st & 30th. Perhaps, you’re keen to confront your boss or you’re standing up against the status quo.
These oppositions could indicate ongoing debates or disputes. Uranus demands freedom of speech and you may sense the humanitarian side of your nature seeking expression.
This ambitious phase may demand flexibility on your part and it could be an unsettled time for you. Don’t be too rigid or stubborn and aim to keep your options open. You may be caught up within the divide of society as rules and regulations impact your life in a detrimental way. Uranus is a rebel and it’s wise not to be too foolhardy or take a huge risk while Uranus is out of control.
Uranus Re-enters Taurus
There’s no way that November cannot be a big month for you because your co-ruler Uranus, the planet of innovation and unpredictability, is on the move. This is significant because Uranus remains in one star sign for 7 years and takes 84 years to circuit the zodiac.
Uranus left Taurus and your home and family sector on July 7th and moved into air sign Gemini. This month, Uranus returns to Taurus on the 8th where it will remain until April 26, 2026.
If you’ve moved home more than usual or your family set-up has changed dramatically, this may be linked to Uranus moving across the base of your horoscope. Sometimes, you feel rootless with Uranus in your home and family sector.
The next few months could bring a period of major change to an end. Alternatively, you might be welcoming someone new into your home. Or you recognise it’s time to move on.
Sometimes, Uranus coincides with external events which bring about change. Notice what happens on or around the 8th as this is when Uranus is most active.
Grand Water Trines
Amidst the chaotic astrology playing out this month, there’s a beautiful flow of energy between planets in water signs. Expansive Jupiter is in Cancer and turns retrograde here on the 11th while the planet of boundaries Saturn is in Pisces and turns direct here on the 28th. This means that both planets are closely connected at 25° Cancer/Pisces throughout November.
Saturn is your traditional ruling planet and turns direct in Pisces and your personal money sector. Therefore, you’re wise to decide what you’re ready to commit to financially. You may be dealing with a cash deficit or a financial responsibility. These are Saturn’s themes, making long-term plans and blocking any drains on your money.
The inner planets align with Jupiter and Saturn on the 17th, 22nd & 26th creating a Grand Water Trine in the star signs Cancer, Scorpio and Pisces. This flow of emotion takes place in your career, work and money sectors. This is another indication that this is likely to be a big month for you and there’s a lot of emotion involved.
Perhaps, you’re moving away from a career or role you’ve been invested in for a long time. Alternatively, you might be involved in a new project that you’re invested in emotionally and there’s a lot riding on it. Plus, you know the importance of getting the right team on your side.
