Work & Health
You could be busy this month as ambitious Mars is moving through Gemini and your work and lifestyle sector. Mars is a physical planet linked to strength and stamina and it’s a positive time to focus on your health and fitness.
The date to be wary of is the 4th when Mars runs into wild-card Uranus in Gemini. This combination only takes place once every two years and is renowned as being accident prone. Therefore, you’re wise not to take any impulsive risks and keep yourself safe.
Be aware that office politics could be stressful at times this month as Mars is linked to anger and arguments. Plus, communication planet Mercury rules Gemini where Mars is active and this is a Mercury retrograde month, up until the 23rd.
Notice where you feel under pressure, when you feel stressed and when you’re wise to take a step back. You may only be able to do so much before you need to take your foot off the pedal and slow things down. It might be best to work in short bursts this month and get things done when your time and energy allows.
Love & Relationships
You may sense a shift in your relationships this month. This is because of the emphasis on your opposite star sign Cancer. The Sun’s here until the 22nd and communication planet Mercury is retrograde in Cancer and your relationship sector up until the 23rd. Therefore, it’s wise to consider why relationships and partnership are foreground in your life.
Other people are undoubtedly important now and this may be for different reasons. If you’re a typical Capricorn, it’s not always easy for you to take a step back and let someone else take the lead.
Yet, this might be what needs to happen. Alternatively, there may be other reasons why you have to follow rather than lead and let other people take care of you.
Sometimes, when Mercury’s retrograde, people from the past reappear. Or you can’t get hold of someone or there’s a theme of misunderstandings. Bide your time if you’re having issues with one relationship in particular.
A seed moment could be the New Moon in Cancer on the 14th, a symbol of new beginnings. It’s an extra special New Moon because it falls the day after the Sun/Mercury cazimi conjunction in Cancer on the 13th, the midway point of the Mercury retrograde phase.
Sometimes, this coincides with insight or understanding or a shift in the balance of power. If you want or need to have a heart-to-heart with someone close or you’re negotiating a business partnership, choose the 13th to reach out.
Money Matters
Money matters are under the cosmic spotlight, especially in the second half of the month. This is because the Sun is shining bright in Leo and your joint finance sector from the 22nd onwards. Plus, the Sun joins the biggest and best planet Jupiter in Leo.
It may help to identify what money means to you, whether you view it as a flow or exchange of energy, whether it’s linked to power or freedom. Dig deep to discover your underlying money motivations.
Plus, be open to miracles when the Sun makes a powerful conjunction with Leo on the 29th. This is often considered one of the best dates of the year and Jupiter encourages you to play big, take a leap of faith and invest in your future.
You could receive a gift or bonus on or around this date. Or you start to trust and have faith in the universe in a major way.
The 29th is important for another reason because this is the date of the Full Moon which falls across the Leo/Aquarius axis of the zodiac and the financial sectors of your horoscope. Full Moons often coincide with drama and emotion. Yet, they can be a symbol of celebration and achievement too.
There is a proviso, however, as two planets switch direction this month, the planet of dreams Neptune on the 7th and your ruling planet Saturn on the 26th. Both planets are currently in Aries, the star sign at the base of your horoscope ruling your home and family, your past and where you come from.
Therefore, this suggests that things could stall around these key areas. Perhaps, a property deal doesn’t work out. Or you change your mind because of your family situation. Play your cards carefully in July and trust in the universe to guide you.
The Big Pattern
July is a significant month astrologically, as this is when the modern planets start working together, from the 15th to the 25th. This includes Uranus in Gemini and your work and health sector, Neptune in Aries and your home and family sector & Pluto in Aquarius and your personal money sector.
Plus, expansive Jupiter is in the planetary mix in Leo and your joint finance sector on the 20th & 21st and this is when money and power go hand-in-hand.
You may have to be ruthless on or around these dates, especially if other people are trying to get their hands on your money. This could be the government, an ex or a third party. Alternatively, there’s an opportunity for you to win big financially. It could go either way.
Being a Capricorn, you are one of the cardinal star signs, the leaders of the zodiac. Therefore, you might be stepping into a new role or position, one whereby you can make an impact and a difference in the world.
This isn’t necessarily about boosting your personal fortunes, although that’s a possibility. As the planets are moving into air signs, the theme is ‘power to the people’ and the importance of working together within society as a collective.
You may be drawn towards helping other people or playing a role in helping to create ideological, political or social change. Your Capricorn star sign credentials could be greatly needed as we move forward into the new era.
