Love & Passion

Passion planet Mars is in Gemini and your relationship sector this month which turns the cosmic spotlight towards love and relationships in your life.

Gemini rules communication and you may find that your debates are fast and furious. Mars represents anger as well as passion. You could experience more arguments than usual in a relationship but it may mean a chance to sort things out rather than hide what you’re feeling.

The craziest date for relationships could be the 4th when Mars is in cahoots with wild-card Uranus in Gemini. Anything goes under this combination. However, a Mars-Uranus encounter is renowned as accident-prone so don’t leap into anything you might regret. Know that other people could embody this wild energy too.

One way or another, it’s a time when you may have to fully engage with your one-to-ones. Mars in Gemini can be a competitive influence so you could be up against strong competition. Or perhaps, you’re taking part in a physical or sports tournament.

Be wary on the 13th & 29th when the planet of relating Venus is in Virgo and your career and vocation sector and clashes with first Uranus, then Mars. You could be aware of an enemy or opponent who isn’t on your side. Or perhaps, you’re the one having to make some tough decisions at work, if you’re hiring or firing.  

Alternatively, there may be someone who wants to play a key role within your life. July isn’t a time to go it alone. Instead, engage actively with your close relationships, however challenging.

Money Matters

The Sun’s in Cancer and your joint finance sector up until the 22nd. And, this is where you find retrograde Mercury, the planet of communication, up until the 23rd. This Cancer season, money may be a bigger topic than usual and you need to move forward carefully and strategically.

Whether you’re trying to help other people or you need to attend to your own finances, explore all your options and know that, in some cases, there may be a last chance to sort things out financially. 

Cancer rules the sector of your horoscope that’s about savings and investment, debt and loss, inheritance and alimony, money owed and money shared. It’s a family and home-oriented star sign. 

The New Moon in Cancer on the 14th could be a definitive, a symbol of new beginnings. Take note of any new solution or opportunity which comes your way. This New Moon is extra special as it falls the day after a Sun/Mercury cazimi conjunction in Cancer on the 13th.

This is the midway point through the Mercury retrograde phase and can coincide with insight and understanding. Listen out for news, keep a close eye on signs and synchronicities. If you want or need to have a heart-to-heart or important conversation about money, choose the 13th.

Fire Sign Adventure

The Sun enters your fellow fire sign Leo on the 22nd, the star sign which rules travel and study in your horoscope. It’s wherever in life you expand your horizons, dream big and yearn to learn and experience more.

The Sun’s move through Leo could bring out the hedonistic side of your character when you want to play and live life to the full.

Plus, the Sun joins your ruling planet Jupiter in Leo and they make a powerful conjunction on the 29th. This is often considered one of the luckiest days of the year.

Jupiter’s a reminder that luck’s an attitude. When you have a big vision, a willingness to take a leap of faith and you believe in yourself and what you’re doing, then miracles can happen.

Also, the 29th is the day of the Full Moon which cuts across the Leo/Aquarius axis of the zodiac and the travel and education axis of your horoscope. Full Moons often coincide with drama and emotion, although they are a symbol of celebration and achievement too.

Use the Sun/Jupiter magic to conjure up something special in your own life and take note of any new opportunity which comes your way.

Travel or being somewhere different could help bring a change of perspective. This is an ideal time of year to fire some Sagittarius arrows high into the air and see where they land. Plan ahead and look to 2027 and beyond.

The Big Pattern

July is a significant month because the modern planets are working together, from the 15th to the 25th. This includes Uranus in Gemini and your relationship sector, Neptune in Aries ruling romance, children and creativity and Pluto in Aquarius and your communication sector.

Plus, it’s important to note that your ruling planet Jupiter in Leo and your travel and study sector joins the planetary party on the 20th & 21st. Whatever dream you want to pursue, here’s your opportunity. 

You could meet the person who’s willing to parent with you. Or you find the right partner or teacher to pursue your creative goals. 

If you’re looking for love, it’s an ideal time to get on the dating apps as Uranus rules technology, as well as the New Age and all things futuristic. One way or another, unusual and awakened individuals are going to enter your life – notice who walks in.

The one proviso is that you may find yourself up against opposition. Even so, life’s calling you out to stand up for what you believe in and take your rightful place in the world. Walk your own path in life, whatever other people say or think.

Mercury Retrograde Do’s & Don’ts

Remember the Mercury retrograde mantra – put off the big decisions & major investments while the communication planet is on go slow until July 23rd. Here are some top tips:
