Virgo Season

This could turn out to be an ambitious month as the Sun is in Virgo and your career and future sector until the 22nd. Plus, talk planet Mercury is in Virgo from the 2nd to the 18th and the planet of relating Venus joins them on the 19th. It’s not going to be straightforward, however, thanks to the eclipses. Yet, at the same time, know that the right connections can and will open doors.

The Sun and Mercury are working together on the 13th in a magical cazimi conjunction. This could be a stand-out date for your career, vocation or future path. Plus, it helps that both planets are aligned with your ruling planet Jupiter in Cancer and your joint finance sector. Jupiter’s a lucky influence and a positive time to take a risk or play big.

Jupiter in Cancer is a protective influence. Therefore, the more you focus on your family, your home and your future security, the more this can inspire you to be proactive around money and finances.

Eclipse Month

This is likely to be a significant month, however, because it’s eclipse month. There’s a Full Moon Lunar Eclipse in Pisces on the 7th and a New Moon Solar Eclipse in Virgo on the 21st. The Virgo/Pisces axis of the zodiac cuts across the foundations of your horoscope.

Eclipses are game-changers, they tend to coincide with drama, big events and the unexpected. Life takes a sudden twist or turn and there are other factors to consider. So hold on to your hat this month and expect a roller coaster ride when it comes to your home and family, your career and vocation.

You may be on the move, leaving home or be transitioning to a new domestic situation. It might be a turning point for your career or future direction. During the Lunar Eclipse on the 7th, see if you can take advantage of things shifting and changing. Sometimes, you’re in a competitive situation where one person wins and another person loses. Play your cards right and you could end up on the winning team.

The Solar Eclipse on the 21st is the second New Moon in Virgo. There was one at the beginning of the star sign on August 23rd and this month’s New Moon falls on the 21st. Plus, it’s a Solar Eclipse, i.e. it’s a New Moon with turbo-power. This is the only Solar Eclipse in the whole Virgo/Pisces eclipse cycle which began in September 2024 and completes in February 2027.

Therefore, where are things shifting for you? You could be getting ready to take a big leap. A Solar Eclipse indicates accelerated growth. However, there is a theme of endings and beginnings during the Solar Eclipse. This is because the planet Saturn opposes the eclipse in Pisces and your home and family sector.

You may be aware of the pull between your past and your future this month. Or you recognise how your decisions in the past have impacted your future path. Perhaps, there’s a theme of duty and responsibility to your family or ageing parents. Consider what might be stopping you moving forward? Is it fear and doubt or a real situation which requires careful consideration?

Be wary of being too extreme, especially if you’re over-working or out of work. Do your best to ensure you find a healthy work/life balance in September and know where support lies.

Libra Season

As soon as September begins, you’re being called out into the world. This is because action planet Mars is in Libra and your friendship and group sector until the 22nd. Then, Mars hands over the Libra baton to the Sun on the day of the Equinox. Finally, talk planet Mercury enters Libra on the 18th.

This suggests that you may have a strong drive to make new friends, join a group, club or society or become more involved within society as a whole. This fits the truth-loving side of your nature. You often like to do your bit for society, whether political, environmental, humanitarian or any other worthwhile or good cause.

This is a two-way deal, thanks to the star sign Libra. Be there for friends and bring laughter and lightness to other peoples’ lives. In return, ask for help and advice when it’s needed. Team up with others to benefit one another and ensure the Libra scales remain balanced.

Friendship may be important to you now because a close relationship is unsettling. This is because wild-card Uranus is in your opposite star sign Gemini and your relationship sector. Uranus clashes with planets in Virgo and your career sector on the 3rd & 20th and Uranus turns retrograde in Gemini on the 6th.

Perhaps, you’re unsure about a love relationship. Or a business partnership falls apart. Either way, there are likely to be some twists and turns. Love and relationships could prove exciting but it’s not a straightforward path. Know where your faith lies and be there for the ones who need you most.

Mars Power

Action planet Mars enters Scorpio on the 22nd, the previous star sign to Sagittarius. This is taking you deep into your psyche and your inner world. This might be a great time for therapy, a period of research or honing your psychic skills. 

When planets are in Scorpio, you often immerse yourself in self-analysis, go on a spiritual journey or you’re in preparation for what lies ahead. In brief, this suggests that the important work you do now is on yourself. Turn your attention inwards and delve deep within. 

The trickiest planetary aspect is when Mars in Scorpio clashes with Pluto in Aquarius on the 24th. Aquarius is your communication and community sector. Therefore, be careful of getting into a power game on or around this date and hold back on your words.

At its best, this could be ditching stress or breaking free from an emotional tie that binds you. 

Eclipse Do’s & Don’ts

It’s a double whammy of eclipses this month. Here are some eclipse tips:

• Try not to fear an eclipse – they are a reminder that you’re not in control.
• Ideally, don’t choose an eclipse date to launch a project or start something new.
• Wait a few days after an eclipse before taking action. Eclipse symbolism is shadowy and hidden.
• Once the eclipse shadow lifts, then you can aim to take advantage of any changes that have occurred.
• Know that eclipses are closely linked to the karmic nodes and wheel of destiny – they often act as a signpost or turning point.
