Virgo Monthly Stars June 2015

yoga, VirgoVirgo (23 August – 22 September)

This is a big month ahead and one of the most important planetary factors involves your ruling planet, Mercury.

Mercury is the planet of communication and is currently in Gemini, the sign at the top of your chart ruling your career and vocation, your status and reputation. This fixes your gaze firmly on your future and where you’re heading in life.

As the month begins Mercury is retrograde or go slow but on the 11th Mercury turns direct in the heavens. This is the planetary equivalent of a green light, the switch flicks from off to on. New information often comes to light when Mercury turns direct or you hear the news you’ve been waiting for.

If you already know that this is a pivotal month with regard to your work and career, the middle of the month is when it all kicks off but in a positive way. The omens are good.

You can look out for signs along the way especially in the first two weeks of June. There is a Full Moon taking place on the 2nd which cuts across the Gemini/Sagittarius axis of your chart. This highlights your foundations, work versus home.

You often see your situation with clarity during the Full Moon and it’s time to trust your intuition. You might already suspect that you need to shift the work/life balance and issues around work or home are currently foreground.

Plus, Saturn, the taskmaster of the heavens, has been in Sagittarius since December 2014 but on the 15th, Saturn leaves this sector of your charts for three months. Saturn returns here on September 18th.

So you might have a three month period to look again at issues that revolve around your home or family. Saturn in this sector of your chart calls you back to the past, where you come from. Often there are additional responsibilities in these areas, whether you’re looking after children, parents or need to sort out living accommodation.

Right now what matters most to you are work and money and the chance to get things right. You need to carefully consider whether this is the time to put duty before ambition and whether you can miss out on what might turn out to be a stunning opportunity. It’s your shout at the end of the day but know that the decisions you make this month will set you up for the future.

Look out for alternative or unexpected opportunities too as there’s a major planetary aspect taking place on the 22nd between Jupiter, the planet of opportunity, and Uranus, the planet of surprises. The two planets involved represent freedom, change and they highlight a breakthrough or a chance to break free.

Jupiter is in the sign before yours, Leo, so in some way this links to your past, good karma, a benefactor, someone who wants to help you or is willing to gift you. Uranus is in Aries and one of your money sectors. Aries rules joint finances, shared resources and together, this combination is about giving and receiving, about asking for help or trusting that things will work out for you.

This is the third and final connection between these two planets. They first met in September 2014, they reconnected in March earlier this year and this is the third and final aspect. So think back to what happened over the last 10 months and how you can use this knowledge or experience to good effect. Whether it’s about changing your work situation to fix things financially, whether money coming in makes a big difference to a career decision, whether a new job spells cash success, this is an exciting combination.

Plus, the New Moon on the 16th also falls in Gemini, the sign at the top of your chart. New Moons are a symbol of new beginnings, the chance to start over, to launch a new project. This is a brilliant date to begin afresh with regard to your work, your career and your vocation. You have a real chance now to set things up so they work for you and your family.

There is one question mark this month and this is the prominence of the planet Neptune in your opposite sign of Pisces. Pisces rules your relationships, your personal and professional partnerships. So you may find you’re questioning what you want to do next because of someone close to you.

This might mean that your partner is feeling unclear or confused or you’re unsure about the involvement of another person in the next stage of your life. This might be someone you find it hard to trust or someone who you think doesn’t have your best interests at heart. Note what happens on or around the 12th when Neptune turns retrograde in the heavens and again on the 23rd when your ruler Mercury clashes with Neptune.

The veil will lift by the end of the month but this is likely to be something that’s been worrying you or a cause for concern since early May. The other possibility is the fact that you’re head over heels in love as Neptune rules romance. You might have received a proposal or your other half might want you to give up work to be with them and start a family.

Whatever your personal situation, don’t let your own emotions or those of another person overwhelm you now. Use your clever analytical brain to decide your next steps and to take the best course of action for you. There’s a lot going well this month as long as you say yes to the new opportunities that are coming your way and do what’s right for you.

  1. God as a virgo who has been going through a really mad time at work, I really hope this forecast comes to pass. But if it does not whenis it going to improve for virgos?

    Many Thanks

    Michelle

    1. Jupiter, planet of opportunity, enters Virgo mid-August bringing a year of success and happiness. Yet Mercury turning direct next week will be a significant turning point too especially as it’s in your career sector. Let me know if things get sorted out then. best, Sally

But I know you are an excellent astrologer, so i am gonna dig deep take a breath and wait and see how everything plays out. I will let you know what happens, many thanks michelle

  4. I always read the virgo stars as an virgo rising and just had to write to say how spookily accurate this momths stars were for me! My career has been flagging and literally going backwards since I returned from mat leave in 2014. Colleagues had overtaken me and I was demoted. Anyhow on the 11th I got some news from my colleague that has changed everything and now means I sm well placed to regain my original role and progress again! How uncanny! Thank you x
