At the beginning of the month, it’s all about your planet Mercury. Mercury is the planet of communication and has been retrograde or on go slow since May 10th. Love too could be in the ascendancy and a reason to travel. This is because love planet Venus is in Taurus until the 23rd, enlivening your travel and study sector.
Then, on the 13th, Mercury moves back into Gemini, its other sign of rulership. Gemini rules your career and vocation, your future path and is the star sign at the peak of your horoscope.
This is not only about your career and vocation, also your status and reputation. You might be ready to launch a project, start a new job or take on a role of responsibility. Any plans that were halted or stalled last month could take off and fast.
The Sun remains in Gemini until the 21st, the day of the Solstice. Therefore, you’re wise to keep the impetus going at work and prioritise this area of your life. Plus on the 23rd, the planet of relating Venus joins the Sun & Mercury in Gemini.
Venus in Gemini is great for networking, team work and getting on the right side of people who count. Socialise with your work colleagues and do your bit to create a harmonious working environment.
Full Moon Vibes
There’s also a powerful Full Moon on the 14th cutting across the Gemini/Sagittarius axis of the zodiac. This axis represents the foundations of your horoscope, where you come from and where you’re heading. It influences the big decisions around work & home, past & future.
Full Moons are traditionally a time of emotion and often coincide with completion or culmination. You might be celebrating, perhaps a family anniversary or wedding.

Friendship & Connections
Finally, there’s a shift in pace when the Sun enters Cancer on the 21st, the day of the Solstice. Cancer is a water sign and this is slower for you. It’s about reconnecting with your friends and enjoying simple pleasures. There needs to be a healthy balance in your life this month if you’re to feel well and fulfilled.
The New Moon on the 29th also falls in Cancer, an ideal date to make new friends or get together with old friends. One way or another, social connections could prove influential and comforting as the month comes to an end.
