Scorpio (24 October – 21 November)
It’s your birthday month and the Sun remains in Scorpio until the 21st. This is the time to focus on you, reassess your personal goals and aims and have fun. Action planet Mars, your ruler, is in Capricorn until the 9th and the planet of relating, Venus enters Capricorn on the 12th. Yet it’s the first week of November that’s most important for speaking up. This is partly due to Mars’ determination and courage but also your co-ruler Pluto is on the scene.
On the 3rd, Mercury and Pluto come together and on the 7th the Sun and Pluto join hands. This is about partnership, finding agreement, getting authority on your side, stepping into your power. Don’t hold back early in November and know that your words have power.
The Full Moon on the 14th is another decisive date as it cuts across the Taurus/Scorpio axis of the zodiac. This Full Moon is important for the big decisions, signing a contract, finalising key negotiations. Taurus is your opposite sign and the Moon in Taurus is settled and secure. Put yourself in safe hands mid-month and team up with other people who can help you make steady progress.
Once Venus enters Capricorn, this lights up your community sector. It’s a lighter influence than Mars in Capricorn and whereas early November lends itself to assertive behaviour, mid-month onwards favours charm and diplomacy.

The trickiest week of the month is the last week because of a major planetary aspect which takes place on the 24th. This involves the big planet Jupiter in Libra and your co-ruler Pluto in Capricorn. These two planets clash and this can indicate an imbalance of power.
You might be up against something you can’t control from the 24th to the 29th and this can be difficult for you. You don’t fare well when you feel powerless but you might have to accept that someone is not going to agree with you or you can’t call the shots.
