Scorpio (24 October – 22 November)
Key planets return to Scorpio this month which might come as something of a surprise. Your birthday month is behind you but two planets return to your star sign, which indicates a clearing-up or clearing-out process.
First to return is communication planet, Mercury, which retreats into Scorpio on the 1st. Mercury isn’t here for long, however, because it turns direct in Scorpio on the 6th and moves away on the 12th.
Even so, this is a positive symbol for resolution, finding the answers you need and having those all-important conversations. As a Sun Scorpio, you’re rarely interested in superficial chit-chat and would much rather have an intimate heart-to-heart. The other planet to re-enter Scorpio is Venus, the planet of love and relating. Venus moves back into Scorpio on the 2nd where she remains until early January. You may remember that Venus was here earlier this year as she moved into Scorpio on September 9th and left on October 31st.
Plus, Venus turned retrograde in your star sign on October 5th, taking you down into the underworld. Venus is still dredging through the bottom of the sea but this time she’s strong and powerful. Venus is now a morning star and in mythology this meant she was a warrior woman. This is a strong symbol for women’s rights and tackling issues around sex, money, power and control.
Venus in Scorpio spells good news for your love life and this is an excellent month to use your Scorpio magnetism to positive effect. Venus is particularly strong on the 16th, 21st and 28th. If you’re looking to meet someone new, get out and about and use your Scorpio allure.
Venus represents beauty and Scorpio highlights the sector of your horoscope linked to your image and profile. Dress appropriately. In other words, consider how you can use your appearance to convey what you want.

On the 20th, the Sun in Sagittarius teams up with Uranus in Aries and your work sector. There might be a pleasant surprise that comes your way on or near this date, a gift or unexpected opportunity.
The 21st sees a Mercury/Jupiter conjunction in Sagittarius, a symbol of good news. This combination first took place last month on November 27th when Mercury was retrograde. This time around, it feels much more positive and worth taking a punt or speculating with regard to money.
You might receive a gift of money close to this date or feel that you want to use your money to good effect. Jupiter’s a protective and supportive planet. Choose your good cause wisely and make someone’s day.
