Pisces (19 February-20 March)
Your ruler Jupiter entered your fellow water sign of Cancer at the end of last month where it remains for the next 12 months. Jupiter is said to be exalted in Cancer as the planet of protection likes to be in the security-conscious sign of Cancer. It’s about caring and nurturing for the ones you love.
Cancer rules the good things in life like children, romance, fun and entertainment. It also feels lucky so if you enjoy having a flutter on the lottery or entering competitions, this could be the month when you win a major prize. The luckiest period of the month is the 17th-19th July when there’s a Grand Water Trine in the heavens, quite a rare event.
This grand trine is especially remarkable for you as it includes your two ruling planets, Jupiter in Cancer and Neptune in Pisces plus a third planet Saturn in Scorpio. When water signs dominate, it’s important to trust your intuition and do what feels right rather than what you think is right. If you have psychic abilities, they’ll be especially heightened at this time.
For some of you, this may signal the birth of a child, a pregnancy, a creative success or falling in love. Whatever means happiness for you personally can be on the cards with this magical grand trine. Expect some divine intervention as well, a person or event that you weren’t expecting which feels like a blessing or a special occasion.
Jupiter and Neptune together are charitable and philanthropic so remember that with the law of attraction, the more you give to others, the more you receive in return. If there’s a chance for you to help someone else out with a surprise offer, why not play fairy godmother or godfather yourself.
July is all about going with the flow so when it comes to major decisions take your time. Mercury, the planet of communication, is retrograde in Cancer until the 20th and if you’re waiting for information or news, you may have to be patient. Mercury can bring miscommunication or even communication breakdown so don’t believe everything you hear and don’t act on hearsay.
Mercury is your partner planet so at times you may feel as if you and your other half are leading separate lives or on different wavelengths. Again rather than give yourself or your other half a hard time, let things be where possible and see what new information comes to light on or around the 20th.
Mercury’s direct motion is followed two days later by Venus, planet of love, entering Virgo and your relationship sector. This will help rekindle the romance you desire and if you go into a relationship with eyes wide open, it can be a special time for love. If you’re a typical Pisces, you may already know that you can view life and love through rose-coloured glasses.
This is because of your planet Neptune which colours life and gives it a rosy hue. Let Neptune inspire you and bring out your sensitive side but don’t take it too far and let others fool you. Venus in one of the earth signs urges you to keep your feet on the ground and use your common sense when it comes to love. Do that and the last week off the month can be especially magical.
Where work and money’s concerned, it’s a stop-start scenario and things don’t feel especially stable. This is partly due to Uranus, planet of unpredictability, in your money sector bringing unexpected wins but unexpected expenses too. Uranus is strong on the 4th July and right at the end of the month. Be less impulsive at these times and you’ll do yourself and your bank balance a favour.
Other people will help you out at work now whether you’re part of a team or you simply find that asking for help brings solutions to your problems. However, with Saturn in the mix, you’re more likely to make slow rather than speedy progress especially on the 1st and the 28th. If you’re on holiday this month, you may find you have to take work with you or you miss out an offer of work or a project because you’re away.
Saturn’s about making hard decisions and for some of you this means closing a door on a job or project that isn’t working out. Sometimes it’s only when you do so that you create the space for new opportunities to come your way.
