Scorpio Season
The Sun, your ruler, is in Scorpio until the 21st. Scorpio is a deep water sign linked to magic, healing and transformation. Importantly for you, Scorpio is the star sign at the base of your horoscope. This means it’s about your home and family, your roots, your past and where you come from.
You may be spending more time at home than usual this month. Or, perhaps you’re catching up with long lost relatives or delving into the past, your family tree. You might be in the process of moving home, renovating your home, or changing things around to suit you.
Beautifying your home could kick in once Venus, the planet of art and beauty, moves into Scorpio on the 21st. Yet, there is another reason why delving into the past or doing your inner work feels important this month.
This is because Mercury, the planet of communication, re-enters Scorpio on the 10th, which is ideal for analysis or research. Use the New Moon in Scorpio on the 15th to launch any new projects or new beginnings connected to home and family.
Turning Points
Mercury switches direction and completes its retrograde phase on the 3rd. This could prove significant for you, as Mercury turns direct in Libra and your communication sector. Listen out for good news or information that comes to light at the start of November.
Mercury turning direct brings what’s hidden to the surface. At the very least, you will know where you stand and what’s in front of you moving forwards.
Mid-November brings another turning point as action planet Mars turns direct after being retrograde since September 9th. This is a longer retrograde phase than Mercury which is always three weeks.
The fact that both these planets turn direct within 10 days of each other suggests some kind of reset or something in your life being switched back on.
Mars turns direct in Aries, its sign of rulership and one of the fire signs. This means you’ll want and need adventure and crave new experiences. Aries is the star sign that rules travel and study in your horoscope.
You could be more determined to make long-term plans, to fire arrows high into the sky to create your future. Mars remains in Aries until early January 2021.
Sagittarius And An Eclipse
The Sun moves into a fire sign on the 21st as it leaves behind Scorpio and enters Sagittarius. Sagittarius lights up the sector of your horoscope that rules all the good things in life. This brings a boost to romance, children & pregnancy, creativity, entertainment and fun.
This is also the theme of the Full Moon Lunar Eclipse on the 30th. This continues the eclipse cycle which began in June 2020 and completes in December 2021. It cuts across the Gemini-Sagittarius axis of the zodiac highlighting your social life, play and the things in life that bring you pleasure.
Some of you may be on the verge of doing things differently. Eclipses often coincide with drama and there’s intensity and focus wherever you feel their gaze in your horoscope. Whether it’s a child leaving home or a friend beginning a new adventure, you too may feel the call of the wild.
Jupiter-Pluto
Add to this the fact that the Jupiter-Pluto conjunction falls in Capricorn and your work and health sector and you could be stepping back to reassess your next steps. The Jupiter Pluto conjunction completes on the 12th.
These two powerful planets have met twice before on April 5th and June 30th. This is about your work and health but these planets are of an extreme nature.
Usually, this means you’re either overworked or unemployed. Effectively, there’s an imbalance that requires or needs to be addressed. This could be another reason why you want some time to yourself to consider what really matters to you moving forwards.
